Renovation Needed

The hotel seems to be be very old built and needs renovation urgently. The rooms and bathrooms in particular need overhauling of fittings and furniture. The only good thing about the hotel is that staff is very helpful and tries to understand what the guest needs.

Don't bother no hot water first two days no heating. Staff were as helpful as was possible

Old hotel building but excellent service

I got to stay in the hotel for 3 nights during my visit to the canto fair. The hotel building is pretty aged. In fact the room I am in the window couldn't close properly. In the night mosquitoes comes in. The next day I told the hotel staff about it. THeres nothing much could be done so they use the tape to tape it up and suggest a change of room if I wasn't satisfied. The room and bed is relatively clean but just alittle aged. I guess everything is compenstated by the friendly staff and good service they tries to provide. The staff is friendly greeting every customers that walks in with a smile.
