We're upgraded to Executive floor without request and had a great room and a breakfast in the relaxing and quiet atmosphere in Executive Lounge. Everything worked very well during our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for overnighting in Guangzhou. It's really difficult to find anything to improve, the only thing I can think is the bacon in breakfast table, it was propably cooked without loosen the slices and was one big greasy junk in a tray.

“Walk a few steps and Relax!”

The service here is very good to say the least. If you are coming off a long flight and don't want to jump right into a road trip, walk a few feet to the Pullman and relax. Great Spa and for sure this is a 5 star quality hotel. I've stayed here 2x now and I prefer the garden rooms with patio. Very relaxing. The food is very good as well as the price. You will not be disappointed.

“Location to Airport key factor on decision to stay at Pulman Baiyun Airport Hotel”

The hotels location was the key factor in deciding to stay at the Pulman hotel. transport for the guests and luggage is provided and if walking it is an easy 5 minute walk to the terminal building. The hotel facilities were first class and to go shopping in Guangzhou was an easy half hour taxi trip. The only disappointment with the hotel was the ease of being able to find some of the facilities, eg., location of swimming pool and gym was only found on the last morning there. A map of hotel facilities such as the above, and the different restaurants would be of assistance to guests.

Great hotel and could not be any more convenient to being at the airport. It was about 250 meters from the terminal building. There are no signs to direct to how to get there from within the terminal so ask for help at the help desks (as we did). No issues finding it after that. Rooms are quiet.

“Pullman Hotel - Guangzhou Airport - WOW!”

I travel extensively and have never written a hotel review before but I will make an exception here. This is my second stay at the Pullman Hotel that is located at the airport in Guangzhou. This hotel is on the airport grounds with an electric cart to take you and your baggage from the arrivals hall to the hotel. You can walk in about two minutes. This is the place to stay if you are flying out of Guangzhou or want a good rest after arriving at the airport. The hotel in spectacular in every regard. The rooms are extraordinarily well appointed, very clean, and the weary traveller will not be disappointed. From the marble floors, the piano music in the lobby, the excellent attention to customers the hotel is an exceptional bargain. Restaurant, spa, exercise room are the best. The airport is far from downtown Guangzhou so this hotel is specifically for travelers arriving or departing from the airport. I will make it a point to stay here on every trip to for from Guangzhou.

“Highly Recommended”

For being as affordable as this hotel is, it was way nicer than I had expected. The location from the airport could not be any more convenient, as other reviewers have stated "literally steps away", no need for taxi or other transportation. I did read reviews before booking and they were all positive. Now I know why. The service was excellent, the room was very clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. I wish I could have stayed more than one night. I will be staying again when the opportunity arises.

What a breath of fresh air after traveling for 2 weeks and getting ready for flight home out of the Guangzhou Airport. Large rooms and bathroom. Great dining choices and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!
