客房內算乾淨,但淋浴的水管不通,會淹水!有的房間冷氣不冷,比較悶熱!飯店週圍較髒亂。離地鐵站約5-10分,走路即可至上下九街,位置很好!

Basic accomodation close to jewellery plaza

Pros: Location. Nothing else.
Cons: Breakfast, Internet, lighting in bar area. Eating facilities.soft mattress.
Location: Opposite Liwan Plaza and in the heart of jade area.
We were given a tiny room for two with no room to put our suitcases on the floor. After complaining, we were moved to a larger room which was good. Breakfast is probably good for Chinese but not good for Australians. Beds are like lying on a piece of wood. We took a blow up mattress this time. Great idea if you are travelling in china. The unwired Internet does not work in your room and is very slow in reception. The hotel reception looks great but overall, this is a basic 2 star hotel in Australian standards. There is a bar area which looks great but is not infuse. We brought dinner up from the street as there is no restaurant in the hotel. After requesting permission to eat in the bar area (only place to eat), they put newspaper down on the table so we wouldn't, dirty the table!

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación, a diez minutos andando del metro y de la calle peatonal y de compras de Cantón. Es un hotel aceptable para pasar un par de días en la ciudad y listo, no se le puede pedir más. El personal necesita mejorar su atención al cliente, más sonrisas y más nivel de inglés si quieren ser un hotel internacional No tienen para pagar con tarjeta de crédito y piden depósito por la habitación en efectivo, lo cual fue muy incómodo porque nos quedamos casi sin dinero para pagar el depósito. Al principio nos dieron una habitación que olía a humedad y que en el baño no tenía mamparas para la ducha, con lo que al ducharte todo el baño se inunda y es muy incómodo usar el vater o incluso lavarse las manos. Pedimos el cambio de habitación pero no nos la cambiaron hasta el día siguiente Seguro que hay hoteles en Cantón mejores

Near the Jems and Jade market

Stayed in the hotel for 3 Nights in the Deluxe Business Room. Room size were too small and facilities minimum as compared to the 4 star rating they claim on different travel websites. Hotel is on the 7th floor of the Made market. AC was not working properly. Had to change the room thrice. Breakfast was mostly Chinese style. The only plus point - it is near to the Changsa Lu metro station and Shopping area Not happy with my stay.
