Recommended: We stayed at the Ceaser's park Sao Paulo Hotel for one night, for our flight arrived at Sao Paulo too late to catch a connecting flight to Santiago. We had a very nice experience at the Hotel, but also the shuttle service from and to the Airport was efficient, the drivers were courteous, and they were on time. Our room was just what we had expected, clean and functional. The hotel personnel were also helpful and courteous. Recommended: It took 5 attempts to get a room that was made up. Seems like their management systems were not too good. Power went out during the night and the generators came on and it was like trying to sleep under a jet. Pickup service from the airport seemed to be nonexistent so took a taxi for $26. Recommended: Seriously considering this hotel as the place to stay when visiting Sao Paulo. The city is terrible to live in due to 24 hour traffic congestion. You never know if you are going to make it to the airport on time so with an every 20 minute shuttle to the airport that worry is eliminated. See all reviews for this hotel

Not recommended: The hotel is fairly new; however, they cater to the European traveler. All plugs in the hotel are 220 Volt. So, if you are North American, or from the US, don't expect to plug any of your electronics in the hotel. This is sad for a 3 year old hotel, an extreme disapointment. If you have no electronic gadgets (In 2007?), this is a great place to stay. However, if you value your electric comforts, don't bother.
