“It is indeed very nice hotel!!!”

This hotel is located in very safe place and there are many restaurants near the hotel. Hotel looks like very new. While I was staying there, they maintained the entrance, which was little bit noisy, however, it is still worth staying there. If I have another chance to come to Guatemala City, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

“ehhhrrr wrong answer”

They didnt allow me to bring someone to the hotel because of "security". The guard did not know the word courtesy. When I chech out both the guard and the recepcionis were sleepping...

“Good but bring your own water”

We used this hotel as a layover for a trip further into Guatemala since it is by the airport and there is a convenient shuttle service. And for this it functioned very well. However, there is no bottled water in the rooms for drinking or brushing teeth, and the front desk told us they didn't recommend that foreigners from North America drink the tap water. So we only could get bottled water for $3 per small bottle via room service. On the return trip we just brought in our own from outside.

Area recommendations

None unless you have to be here. Guatemala City is polluted,noisy and dangerous. We only use this hotel because of its convenience to the airport when we have an early flight or come in too late at night. Otherwise we head for far less populated areas of the country, or Antigua.
