“The comfort of Camino Real at convenient prices”

The best feature of this hotel is that we can enjoy all amenities of the Camino Real -an upscale, pricey hotel - at a price of a motel. You can't beat that. In general, a clean well maintained hotel. However, it's getting too old and a renovation is becoming necessary. All furniture, electrical equipment needs to be uptdated. But I won't mind it if they don't do it, as long as price remains low. Internet service should be free. The $10 per day charge seems too high.

Not to charge Internet service and less when one goes business and should take an express check out is very slow, change the breakfast menu and the third recurrence

“Needs remodeling”

While the staff are very polite and accomodating, the hotel and especially the rooms seem old. The tub seems very used with water leakage and I found a cockroach staring at me when I walked into the bathroom at night. The bed is comfortable and clean.

Cons: Bed was a double, TV was broken, odd smell in room, hotel under construction, poor wifi, no view, shower did not drain well Pros: close to airport, free shuttle, free breakfast, great service, clean, nice lobby, great price, quick check in and out

“Get what you pay for”

Service was non-existant, however since you use the facilities of the MUCH nicer adjoining/more expensive hotel that we also stayed at for several days... you might as well stay here much cheaper if you'll only be in your room a short time. Don't waste money on a regular room, get a suite for a few bucks more. Definitely worth it. We asked for a room service menu called 3 times over an hour - never showed up --also wake up call was HALF HOUR LATE!! Unreal.

good hotel for a short stay, must consider put free wifi on lobby at least, or a decent charge for internet on rooms. Very convenient shuttle service to the airport.

It need some improvements. Old/dirty carpet, old TV (didn't work), old/hard pillows.

They didnt allow me to bring someone to the hotel because of "security". The guard did not know the word courtesy. When I chech out both the guard and the recepcionis were sleepping...
