The location was perfect, close to everythingPosted Feb 27, 2015
Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff spoke both Spanish and English and helped us organize many day tours. The rooms were cleaned and comfortable. But overall the best part was the location! It was close enough to the main square but far enough that it was quite!

Nice gardens Terrace has volcano view. Rooms medioPosted Feb 22, 2015
I was unable to change money which I was told I could, I asked about 8 times and each time was told they had no quetzals to change for mydollars. Also the price took a big hike when I got there from what I was quoted online they did not indicate there was a 22% tax. But I would still return because the garden was beautiful and the location was great

Nice hotel in central location.Posted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: Central location.
Cons: I would improve customer service.
Location: Pretty much everything is very close, including Santa Catalina Arch and San Jose Cathedral.
This hotel is centrally located, so that's very convenient for walking to all the places of interest and restaurants in Antigua. Rooms are basic and have everything one needs. However, our room was located right next to where everyone was passing by and so when windows are open, there is no privacy and it can get loud. Also, I felt that hotel staff was not very nice and welcoming.

Overpriced hotel with poor room conditions.Posted Jan 3, 2015
Our room was very rundown with cracks, mold, and a shower handle nearly broken off. I would expect this in a budget hotel but for a hotel that was 100 plus it was a big letdown.

Mixed thoughtsPosted Jan 2, 2015 on Hotels.com
Hotel Casa is in an ideal location being close to the Park and town center and close to everything. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. I loved the beautiful courtyards. On the other hand, the rooms were dark and ours had only a tiny Window in the bathroom. The lighting was very dim. The walls between rooms were very thin and we could hear everything from the next room including snoring nightly which kept us awake. A good hotel for a short stay.

Pictures better than what it isPosted Dec 24, 2014
This hotel is not good. Sheets were worn out with holes in them. You can hear every noise outside making it hard to sleep.
