“Nice hotel, poor customer service”
We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The property was beautiful and the rooms were very clean, well-decorated, and romantic. They are slightly over-priced compared to some other places we later checked out.
Customer service at the hotel was sub-par. The housekeeping and kitchen staff were wonderful, but the front-desk staff were not very helpful or friendly. We often felt like we were bothering them. This was a pretty big minus.
We did really like the location of Hotel Los Pasos. It was a super short walk to the square, but in a much quieter location which we enjoyed. Check out the nearby bar Por Que No.
If the room rate went down just a bit and the customer service improved, we'd stay again, but until then are likely to try somewhere else or next visit.
