Rooms and facilities are in average- good condition. Beautiful gradens but overall, and for the price, the property needs renovations, upgrades and staff training.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times, although you pay more because it is really beautiful, one couple coffee is double the price . They could at least give you a cup of complimentary coffee.

Beautiful property with pool, fitness facilities. Staff at the front desk is not very helpful though. We had reached half hour before check-in from international travel and they refused to let us into our rooms. Hotel itself is close enough to main city area but not loud.

This is a very beautiful and quiet property. The service is excellent. Two wonderful pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It has a free shuttle every hour to Antigua, but also very walkable to the centre.

We had a poor experience upon arrival. We booked a room for 4 but were told it was for only 2. They then proceeded to tell us that it was a maximum of 3 per room because our children were considered adults over 11. This was clearly a way to make customers pay more money for a second room. After 45 minutes they allowed us to have 4 but charged us another 325 dollars for 4 days. Now this was no VIP stay as we were considered. There was no breakfast included or anything else! No outside food is allowed in the common areas and at the pool. You are forced to pay high prices for tasteless food. We ate there once and that was enough for us. The location was good but that’s about all!

Two things we did not like, the showers are too small and made for small and short people I'm 6'0 and it was hard for me to fit and take a shower in my room. The second thing we got sick from eating the seafood pasta therefore the restaurant needs to be careful how food is prepared and stored.

Property was Ronny and didn’t feel cramped. It’s not in the center of Antigua but was close enough to walk or catch a Tuk Tuk to get to our destinations

The property was relatively empty but the staff was evasive regarding an upgrade which as offered as a VIP property.

Do not stay here, our medical team stayed two weekends in a row and items were stolen from our luggage while we were out of the rooms. The person takes small items that might not be missed. We thought we had miss placed them but then saw the pattern and it happened both times we were there. We are going back today to discuss with hotel management.

Overall the hotel is wonderful. The bathroom not too spacious and the head shower and water pressure not good as your vave to stand very close to the wall to get the water coming out from the shower head.
