“"Average"”

The hotel overall was ok. For the price you pay its a good deal. The staff is wonderful. The only thing I did not like was the toilet no water pressure at all. Location was good, felt very secure and parking was good.

“It was good”

The hotel is good but you pay more than you should for it. The people there are really friendly thats a plus. Overall i would stay here for a night but not longer if your looking for a classier place or for entertaiment i would look for something else

“Good hotel”

Clean safe area of city. Free shuttle bus to/from airport, also to bus terminal. Breakfast very good. Dinner was poor.

“Visiting Guatemala City and my stay at the HOJO”

The service provided by the staff was awesome!!! Yet, I believe the BEST OF ALL is service at the restaurant... they bring breakfast within seconds... and its FREE!!! I believe the hotel should offer somekind of transportation service around the city. I was there for a event and had to pay $25 for transportation, at the end of the trip the hotel´s driver (makes the free shuttle service from and to the airport) said he would have charged around $15, beacuse my event was only blocks away.

“Just fine”

No fuss hotel. Same rooms. Have free airport pickup/dropoff. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not too much close by though.

“Does the job”

A small but clean room, well priced. Restaurant is ok with outstanding desserts and coffee but no wine or beer. Good shuttle service to and from airport. Located in a "good" part of town and safe to walk in the day. Take a taxi for sure after the sun goes down.

“Hotel Comfort Inn in Guatemala City”

Overall an excellent experience. The hotel is very nice as is the included hot breakfast served in their restaurant and the airport shuttle, they also pick up at various International bus lines to transport the guest to the hotel---an excellent benefit at no added cost. Very pleased with the room and condition and location of the hotel. Highly recomended.

“Nice Stay, Comfortable, but nothing too fancy”

Restaurant staff was very helpful, kind. "Continental" breakfast was a nice full meal. Very impressed with portion, service and quality. Room was nice, nothing fancy, kind of cramped feeling, but definitely clean and well-kept. The dark curtains contributed to the cramped feeling, but were nice for sleeping without light disturbance. Room was a little humid during the day, but the window A/C unit helped. Comfortable temperature at night. Lobby is very nice. Front desk staff also very professional. Claimed there was a iron, but only could find ironing board. Maybe have to ask for iron? Overall, good experience, fair price for area and quality. Would stay there again.

“Second time around :)”

I had stayed in the same room at this hotel on my first trip. I chose it because of the price. You get free breakfast (tip not included), and a free shuttle to and or from the airport. While I was there we experienced a couple new things... we felt some small earthquakes and had no water on two different afternoons. The water was out for 2+ hours. The staff was friendly. On the last morning during breakfast they brought us tea. Overall, I enjoyed my vacation.

“Clean, good service, let us see rooms before checking in”

This was a VERY nice hotel. They went the extra mile to provide what we wanted. Price was good. Very nice breakfast included. Safe location. The ONLY thing I can complain about is that every little thing had an extra charge, such as use of their internet, local phone calls from room, etc.
