My wife and I stayed her after seeing Lake Atitlan. We looked online for a good priced hotel and had no idea how lucky we got. We were happy that this was perfectly placed on the quite part of Antigua and we walked up and down all of the streets every morning and then back to our hotel. Every morning they made us breakfast, that was AMAZING, anytime we wanted and would let you eat in your room or on the beautiful little garden patio. It was so quite and peaceful. They also have a parking lot around the block that is SECURE and will let you take your car in and out all day and help you do so. They people who worked there spoke English and Spanish and really wanted to make sure you loved your stay. They offered to do anything to make sure of it. We saw a lot of other hotels right in the center of Antigua but just did not want to leave the perfect place we found. This was truly wonderful and they were so nice to us that we would go back anytime!! The parking lot is only $5 a day and everything else is included. They also give you bottled water whenever you want it and have really nice movies playing in the room when you get back at night and just want to relax for a little. We stayed in room 105 and it had a big bed and coxy feeling. They lock the place all day and you have to knock to be let in to keep the hotel even more secure. We stayed here on this trip and will stay here on ever trip to Antigua. The staff was flawless!

"You must visit this hotel close to Guatemala City"
This place is located in between many volcanoes in Guatemala, the view is spectacular, the golf course unique and the rooms luxurious. You have to drive for Guatemala City for about an hour but it is totally worth it. Every room has its pool, Jacuzzi and beautiful views. The food in the restaurant is expensive but delicious.

We were really happy with our experience from check in to check out. While the accommodations were first class, the staff were the best part. Everyone was extremely friendly and more than accommodating. After a long day of walking around the city, the hotel was the perfect place to have a bottle of wine in the courtyard and relax.
The location is right by the arch and close to all the major attractions.

The hotel and staff were very nice, you don't imagine there is a beautiful hotel from the outside, but once you're in, you're pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly, and helpful with our requests. The style of the hotel is very nice, like a beautiful Colonial house. The rooms were also very nice, with a very cozy and luxury feeling. I'd gladl stay another time in this Hotel, recommended.

My husband, our 17 month old son, and I stayed at Casa Ovalle for one week and we loved it. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The facility was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the room had a fan which was nice but contrary to what Expedia claimed concerning an air condition.
