“Quiet hotel with personal attention”

La Inmaculada is a great place to stay. I was there two nights - this was my first time there. It was good to get away from the chain hotel I usually stay in there. The personal attention was great, the room was so nice (I had a little patio pretty much to myself right outside my door) and the location is convenient, yet quiet. The wifi was very fast. I will definitely go back there on my next trip. Only two things were less than ideal - I had scheduled free airport pick up, but someone missed it, and I ended up waiting at the airport for a good chunk of time. Also, their breakfast was just boxes of Kellogg's and fruit. A pot of oatmeal would be much appreciated (and probably cheaper for them!).

“A comfortable experience”

I was a guest of the hotel on a business trip to Guatemala. I was very impressed. The Immaculate is the level of the best boutique hotels in major cities. The hotel has a minimalist decor with a blend of comfort and remarkable attention. Highly recommended.

“AWESOME”

Awesome gem in Zona 10, highly recommended. Staff was very friendly, had dinner at the restaurant and loved the 'jamon serrano' along with our two bottles of wine. The only complain I have is that when we were having breakfast, another guess was on what it seemed a conference call. He was very loud and obnoxious . I was very close on asking him to use the business center and not the quiet cozy hotel restaurant as his office. I'm sure he didn't know any better than to use the restaurant for his business call.

“Great Find!!!”

Everyone at the hotel was wonderful. We were staying there since we had a wedding to go to and they were gracious enough to hold the tux when it was dropped off and hold again until someone picked it up. They upgraded our room, without an additional cost. The hotel is in a great location- within walking distance to a beautiful mall and resturants. The hotel was spotless, the on site resturant was very pleasant, stafff wonderful. I would certainly stay here again on our next visit to Guatamala. Rooms beautifully decorated and spacious. Excellent find!!!!

“Guatemala Gem”

Not only was this bed and breakfast an amazing value but it is a spectacular jewel. From the doorman to the front desk, the restaurant personnel to the maintenance workers, everyone treated us with the utmost courtesy and smiles. We know why this hotel earned such a high rating - they deserve it! Our room was spotlessly clean. The bed in the room was luxuriously comfortable with down pillows and white sheets, blankets and duvet. The modern furnishings and beautiful wood floors were a nice touch. When we ordered food or just drinks, either in the restaurant or for delivery to our room, the service was prompt and courteous. We enjoyed the total quiet of the hotel and the faint sound of the fountain from the garden. You have the option of having breakfast in the garden area or in the restaurant, or you can just relax and unwind in the hidden grotto where we enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and banana birds. We will definitely stay here again.
