Small, beautiful, boutiquePosted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: soft pillows, great breakfast, wonderful staff
Cons: beds are too firm and shuttle service was spotty
Small, lovely boutique hotel with its own restaurant with awesome food and a beautiful garden. The staff were absolutely wonderful: friendly, open, and helpful. The room was small but clean. Only two negatives: 1) the bed was very firm (but at least the pillows were soft) and 2) the free airport shuttle was over 25 minutes late picking me up, even though I told them my flight got in at 7:30pm but I wouldn't be out until 8 or so due to immigration, and it only showed up after I had to pay someone to use their phone to call the hotel to check on the shuttle after standing outside for almost half an hour by myself in the crowds. The most disappointing thing was the fact that no one even apologized to me for the wait or inconvenience, but despite the first snafu, it was a lovely hotel.

A gem in the city!Posted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Quiet location, good area of town, hotel airport transfers, umbrellas for use by the guests, really comfortable bed and bathrooms
Location: Cinema, Mall, textile museum
We were really impressed with the quality of the hotel and the staff. The room had a perfect mattress, quality bathroom fixtures, a heavenly shower and was immaculately clean. We got to choose our type of espresso coffee (and hot chocolate for my daughter) to be delivered to our room in the am. The staff were attentive and gave great suggestions for how to spend our day before catching our plane. And the area around was safe for walking to our activities. The hotel to airport transfers made it safe and easy to get to our flight. I can't ooh and aah enough about this place. Wish all my hotel choices took this much care in customer service.

I like the hotel, its very comfortable, it's like stay at home, a little and simply, but I think that the price could be more shipper, it's expensive for the size of the rooms and the thiks that the hotel offers..!

Small, clean & friendlyPosted May 30, 2014
Pros: Quiet, clean, modern.
The stay was very comfortable and the grounds are lovely. There aren't very many rooms but each seems very private. We even enjoyed the turtle strolling on the grounds. Breakfast was good, too. We would definitely stay there again. We chose it because of the Expedia price and bonus of a free shuttle from the airport.

I stayed at La InMaculata on the days I was arriving and leaving GC. Very close to airport and hotel offers a free shuttle service. Hotel has a very cool modern design which extends to the rooms. Although the rooms are small they are designed well. Make sure you have the complimentary breakfast in their beautiful courtyard!

Very Nice Hotel in Zona 10Posted Mar 18, 2014
We only stayed here for our last night in Guatemala City before taking our 6 am fight out of the country the next morning. Overall we found this hotel to be a nice place to stay. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff spoke excellent english and were very professional. The hotel has an airport shuttle that was ready and waiting for us at 4 am and, as promised, they had tea (and coffee) ready for us to take onto the shuttle.

Quiet!Posted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: Proximity to airport, quality of grounds and room. Shuttle was prompt.
Cons: Can't think of a thing.
Location: I don't go out by myself in GC!! Sorry! Choose this hotel because it had a restaurant and I could stay in.
Finding a great hotel in Guatemala City has always been a challenge but no more- I will stay here again anytime. Clean, comfortable, great staff, quiet, great landscaping.
