Business Trip to Guatemala CityPosted Sep 12, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, nice rooms good food and peaceful atmosphere.
Cons: I would like a bigger ice bucket . Nothing else
Location: Lotes of restaurants and night spots nearby
First time I have stayed at this boutique hotel with 13 rooms. Have lived in Guatemala for 4 years and have been traveling there since 1989. I would highly recommend this "little gem" of a hotel, located in a very nice part of Guatemala City

Small, beautiful, boutiquePosted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: soft pillows, great breakfast, wonderful staff
Cons: beds are too firm and shuttle service was spotty
Small, lovely boutique hotel with its own restaurant with awesome food and a beautiful garden. The staff were absolutely wonderful: friendly, open, and helpful. The room was small but clean. Only two negatives: 1) the bed was very firm (but at least the pillows were soft) and 2) the free airport shuttle was over 25 minutes late picking me up, even though I told them my flight got in at 7:30pm but I wouldn't be out until 8 or so due to immigration, and it only showed up after I had to pay someone to use their phone to call the hotel to check on the shuttle after standing outside for almost half an hour by myself in the crowds. The most disappointing thing was the fact that no one even apologized to me for the wait or inconvenience, but despite the first snafu, it was a lovely hotel.

Perfect for short stayPosted Jun 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
The staff at La Inmaculada were superb. My flight was 1.5 hours late but the driver was still waiting at the airport for me. The desk staff assisted me in arranging safe transportation to a few museums and other spots in Guatemala City and even packed a take-away breakfast for my early morning bus ride to Copán. The room was very clean and modern. Comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. Great coffee at the restaurant, although the breakfast offerings were a little sparse. Can't say too much about the surroundings as I didn't walk anywhere near the hotel.

A gem in the city!Posted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Quiet location, good area of town, hotel airport transfers, umbrellas for use by the guests, really comfortable bed and bathrooms
Location: Cinema, Mall, textile museum
We were really impressed with the quality of the hotel and the staff. The room had a perfect mattress, quality bathroom fixtures, a heavenly shower and was immaculately clean. We got to choose our type of espresso coffee (and hot chocolate for my daughter) to be delivered to our room in the am. The staff were attentive and gave great suggestions for how to spend our day before catching our plane. And the area around was safe for walking to our activities. The hotel to airport transfers made it safe and easy to get to our flight. I can't ooh and aah enough about this place. Wish all my hotel choices took this much care in customer service.

I like the hotel, its very comfortable, it's like stay at home, a little and simply, but I think that the price could be more shipper, it's expensive for the size of the rooms and the thiks that the hotel offers..!

Small, clean & friendlyPosted May 30, 2014
Pros: Quiet, clean, modern.
The stay was very comfortable and the grounds are lovely. There aren't very many rooms but each seems very private. We even enjoyed the turtle strolling on the grounds. Breakfast was good, too. We would definitely stay there again. We chose it because of the Expedia price and bonus of a free shuttle from the airport.
