Mi estadía en el hotel fue de 16 días, todo fue muy bueno, la limpieza, todos los empleados fueron muy amables, la comida tanto del hotel como la del área es muy buena, la cama son bien cómodas, servicio en recepción muy bueno. Lo que no me gustó fue que la caja de seguridad la tienen en recepción y es muy inconveniente.

It was an old hotel but renovated . They need larger and smart TV's. The gym was just a treadmill, elliptical and a total body machine. Didn't get, my free upgrade. It's downtown so the neighborhood is not the safest at night but the staff are amazing. The hotel smelt great. Tips for coffee makers to be placed in rooms and for cookies to be included at the coffee station downstairs...oh and have tea as an option there as well.

The housekeeper STOLE my perfumes from me (all 4 came in the DutyFree bag) Went for lunch with family; came back, room was ok -but beds poorly made.

Rooms were spacious and clean. I requested for a crib for my baby and when I got to the room there it was ! I was pleased with how clean and what a great location the hotel was on.

I stayed with my mother 10 beautiful days at Palace Hotel. It exceeded my expectations. Room was great and clean. Staff very friendly always willing to help us. Transportations very safe for 10 days. Palace hotel has it own car service. I did so many errands andall secured . Free buffet breakfast for 10 days 2 people excellent. Location convenient to Bank, restaurants, drugstores, mainnstreets ,malecon rtc. Definetely i will come back with the eest of my family . Thanks Palace

The service at this hotel was exceptional! It is also very close to restaurants, the Malecón, and the airport. The room and bathroom were really clean. They have many options for breakfast, which was included in the price. We really enjoyed the fresh juices and made to order eggs. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Guayaquil or as a layover for a trip to the Galápagos.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. There was a restaurant in the hotel, open until 10 pm. The downside was that the food was expensive.

Great stay in the colonial district
Great few days at Hotel Palace. Perfect location to visit the colonial district and the Malecon. Comfortable room and nice breakfast buffet. Great staff. A good place at a nice price so we will stay again if you are back in Guayaquil.

Easy Check in, accommodating/friendly staff. Location is walkable to restaurants and Malecon. The only complain i have is the room smells with strong perfume that gave me a headache. We have to open the window for a good 30 mins. Breakfast is Ok.

This hotel has some positives: its location is close to the Malecón, Parque Iguana and some restaurants. Unfortunately, there are a lot of homeless people nearby. The breakfast was good and there are sufficient options. The gym was satisfactory, but needs towels and a water dispenser. It was okay for 2 nights.

I was there under a medical emergency situation after experiencing a heart attack and spending three weeks in the hospital. Everyone was extremely understanding, helpful and courteous to me. I hope to be able to go back for a visit when I am in better health and can appreciate the stay.

This property was pretty good all around. Arrived in the middle of the night and greeted by a doorman who let me in. Elevators only work with key cards so you know your floor is secure. The room was good and the beds were comfy. AC was good and water pressure was awesome. I ate in the restaurant and ordered room service. Both were great experiences. The hotel is right downtown so there is some noise to contend with.

The receptionist charged my card for some of the rooms I booked, but they had already been paid for. He later realized it was a mistake and had to reverse the charges on my credit card.

Quality throughout. This was the 4th time I stayed at the hotel everythink is top rate. Very professional staf. Breakfast was superior. The only small issue is that the carpets had a oder that was unpleasant

This is my go to hotel, the service is always good every single time I have stayed there. Friendly staff, clean room with all the amenities as well as bathroom. Good restaurant with delicious breakfast made to order and a good selection of food for either lunch or dinner. Safe area and close proximity to airport.
