Unhappy customer

At the beginning of my 3 night stay it was ok. Everyone was very curtiouse. I had two issues, the first one was that I had to keep asking for a new card key,over four times, it kept going blank . The Second and major issue I had, was that on my last day I had my cousin and aunt come to help me with packing I was informed that I would be charged $50.00 for anyone that stayed over 15 minutes. I have never heard of such a policy, I will never return back to this hotel because of this and I would never suggest this hotel to any one. To me that was a ripoff. Everything else was fine until the key issue started to annoy me and then there 15 minute policy.

Buena estancia para una semana de trabajo.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, el trafico para llegar en las horas de la tarde 5-7 pm es muy pesado, buscar vías alternas al rededor del aeropuerto. Habitación muy limpia, buena, comoda. Una sola toma eléctrica accequible para portátil y celular, Buena television. Restaurante muy comodo, el servicio de desayuno un poco costoso, pero muy variado y delicioso.

Excellent Hotel

Pros: Facilities and cleanness friendly staff bed and pillows are very comfortable.
Cons: My room AC was noisy
Location: Excellent location.
Excellent hotel hotel, room cleanness, friendly staff, the only concern I have is something inside the AC was broken so It was noise and it did't let me sleep for anything else the hotel was excellent. It worth the price.
