3rd visit. Large attentive staff and management. Will return again. Great beach on site. Great small restaurant and bar. Constantly making improvements. A great stay to relax and unwind.

Pros: I loved that they had a full equipped kitchen with pans, utensils, salt, pepper, etc.
Cons: If the pool closed at a later time would be nice! Pool closes at 10pm. Midnight would be nice!
Location: Banana Boat rides, you can rent quads and jet ski at Algonodes beach like less than 3 minutes away.
I loved this hotel. I would stay here again! We had a cook-out of our own one of the days we stayed because they have grills for their guests!

Pros: Location, and room views.
Cons: Not allowing screaming kids in the pool at night.
Location: close to horseback riding, and the soggy Peso Palapa Beach bar (the best bar in San Carlos).
As always, will all of our stays at this property - the staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Each room has an ocean view - spectacular!! Pool/spa, restaurant, and surrounding amenities are all kept up nicely, and are very convenient to use.

It is sad when people are willing to put profits over human decency. That is what Sea of Cortez Beach Club appears to have done in my case. I made a booking through a third party booking service on my iPhone. Unfortunately, as all iPhone users can attest, the wheelie bars used to scroll through dates sometimes roll off the intended target like a roulette wheel. I did not notice until it was too late that I had selected the wrong date for my stay. Instead of tomorrow, I had had selected today. I IMMEDIATELY called the hotel, who directed me to the third party booking service. I called the third party booking service and they offered to call the hotel to try to correct the obvious mistake, despite the fact that booking was non-refundable. The right thing to do would have been to correct the mistake, which would not put out the hotel since I had JUST MADE the booking. Instead, Sea of Cortez decided to profits over correcting a clear mistake, probably because they knew they would not get any takers for a room that day. If that is the way this hotel wants to make profits, no thank you. I will take my money to an equally nice establishment just down the road and have a great time!
