A wonderful, relaxing stay. Beautiful decor. Comfortable and cosy room. Great location away from the rush of the Medina. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Lovely pool (unheated), the pool area is mostly in shade. A good variety of drinks and food for breakfast, however there is not much if you don't eat sweet things in the morning. Sat in the lobby for internet usage and there wasn't any Wifi on our floor (5th)

The hotel staff are all brilliant! and you can tell that there really trying there best, the english is very good with some of them and with the ones who struggled in communicating went out of there way to to translate in other ways.. the hotel rooms are basic but clean and comfortable, the pool area is nice but can't say the water looked to pleasing to jump in.. we only had breakfast at the hotel which was basic but lovely, saw some of the evening food when heading out and was really very impressed! the location of the hotel is brilliant! it's 15min walk to the medina (you don't feel unsafe at all walking around at any time) and easy to find.. do try and walk to the local places rather than taxis as you'll get to see alot of the local places to which look basic but the food truly is spectacular!!

"Wonderful Staff and Service - A Stress Free Hotel!"
The staff were extremely polite and went out of their way to help us with everything we needed, they were always smiling and genuinely pleased to meet us each time we returned to the hotel after a long days exploring. My knowledge of Arabic and French was not good, so I was very pleased that they were able to understand and communicate in English.
The hotel room was clean and comfortable with TV and air-conditioning which was vital in the hot weather. There was also an on-suite bath/shower room, which was all cleaned on a daily basis. The pool on the roof was lovely to use in the hot weather with sunbeds around it. There was also a rooftop patio area where you can relax and eat whilst enjoying the view over the city. The breakfast buffet was served in the downstairs breakfast/dining area with the most delicious croissants. I was able to use the WiFi whilst I was eating which was great for googling the local attractions. We were given a map at reception on arrival and shown the easiest routes around as well.
Checking in and out was simple - just be aware that there is a city tax charge of approximately 11 dirhams a night per person at all hotels so this will have to be paid when you leave (this was explained to us when we booked and when we arrived so there were no surprises).
Thank you to all the staff, you made our stay so pleasant, we hope to visit again soon!
