A wonderful place. We stayed five nights and loved it. The hotel is convenient to the many attractions in the area.
The hotel is built on remains of a Roman fort. The remains are in the breakfast room which has used them creatively and attractively. The hotel, though, uses a décor after Hunnertwasser, and Austrian artist and architect (look at Wikipedia for further information). Thus it is quite unusual.
With both an elevator and free internet, and a spacious room, what more would one want.
The hotel is a short walk for the central market place, a good place to sit outside and watch the street scene.

A really good choice for visiting Legoland Germany with the kids. Spacious room (compared with others we stayed in in Germany), just 5 minutes to the Legoland gate, and the guesthouse restaurant across the parking lot had good German food that the kids liked. No a/c, though, so mid-summer visits may be a little more uncomfortable, but we'd definitely go again.

The hotel was immaculately clean, had a quality breakfast buffet and is very conveniently located for Legoland visitors (although car hire is recommended).
The c/in c/out was really quick and easy. We were given a small map of Günzburg with the restaurants marked as soon as we checked in.
Internet connnection is available with a decent price and we could connect within seconds.
There is a supermarket next door and vending machines on every floor... We did not run out of beer and snacks at night when our son was asleep :-)
