“Great place to stay in Guilin”

Loved the Sheraton Guilin, very convenient for sightseeing and shopping in Guilin. Upgrade room was a bonus.

“Excellent hotel - one of the best in our whole 3 week tour”

Location great, staff excellent - made the 3 days in Guillin a highlight of our tour. We used the staff at the hotel to book trips - good prices and well organised. Tired after busy days we ate twice in the hotel and can recommend the buffet - excellent value and an easy way to try some specialities. Great value for money - if ever back in this part of China this is where to stay ! The Hotel sorted our transfers to and from the airport - good value.

A very pleasant and comfortable hotel to stay in Guilin. The friendly, professional manner of the staff added much enjoyment to my stay. The hotel had just been recently refurbished so my comments apply accordingly.

“Comfortable hotel for US visitors”

I found this hotel a comfortable stay. Once inside, the quality of the experience is consistent with it's counterparts in the US. Perhaps the only difference is the very firm beds -- many US hotels of the level have gone to the pillow top, super squishy beds, thank heavens this hasn't spread to the rest of the world yet... I found the bed comfort very good being firm to appeal to the asian customers. The rooms are nicely appointed and well kept. Breakfast buffet also very nice.

“Excellent hotel - highly recommend”

Recently returned from a nights stay at the Sheraton in Guillin. We had a fab time and was extremely surprised after reading poor reports about Guillin itself. The hotel was great, location was perfect and we wish we had stayed longer in Guilin itself as there was lots to see and do. I highly recommend the Sheraton hotel.

“A comfortable hotel”

The staff really tried hard to make our stay enjoyable. Most spoke English. The rooms - particularly the beds - were very comfortable. The food was good quality & the service was good. Western menu a little limited. The Li river cruise was well organised with an hotel emplyee as couier. 1/10 for the boat food. Take a packed lunch from the hotel, dash for the KFC at the end of the cruise or take own digestive biscuits.

Of the two or three 4-5* hotels in Guilin the Sheraton is the best located. It is a comfortable 4* and the rooms and public areas were well appointed. The food wasn't great but that was true of all of Guilin. I'd recommend it as the best hotel in Guilin to stay at.
