“Well worth the money!”

The room was obviously newly renovated. It was spotless and very up-to-date. No issues with the room at all. There was only one woman working the desk, and she was a little slow at responding to waiting guests, but that was the only negative. Breakfast was typical continental fare, but everything was good and tasty. The hotel was just a quick drive back from the beach, and right in the middle of lots of restaurants and shopping. Great, cheap hotel!

“Across from Premium Outlet Mall”

I don't think our room had been cleaned. The bed was made, and there was no trash, but the tub looked dirty. I am low maintenance, I rinsed it out. The king size bed had 3 tiny little pillows, so I asked for a couple more and got them. I was there for work, so I really just needed a place to sleep before my meeting the next day. The pool was clean and open, the breakfast was continental, but fresh and good. The hotel is across the street from a Premium Outlet mall with high end stores. I would stay there again.

“Washcloths”

We have stayed here before & liked it plenty good. My only complaint this time is that we weren't left sufficient washcloths or handtowels each day. One day, we have zero washcloths & the rest of the time we were left 1 washcloth for a family of 4. Just a little irritating to have to go ask for more, but other than that, we had a great stay. Great breakfast! Kids loved the pool!

“Noisy Hotel”

The location of the hotel was the best thing about it. If you like hotels that have the doors opening up to the outside, then it might be for you. I prefer to stay in a hotel where I open the door to a comfortable interior of the building. The traffic noise and the people walking outside made for restless nights. The walls seemed to be be paper thin, it was no trouble at all to hear conversations and tv's from neighbors. I would not reccomend this hotel to future guests. The price of the hotel was in line with other hotels of the same caliber.

“Non-smoker discomfort”

We stayed in a handicap/non-smoking room but the room next door was a smoking room. There was a connecting door and smoke came in through the opening at the bottom of the door. No other handicap rooms were available. Very unpleasant.

“A disappointment...”

A new coat of paint and granite countertops in the dressing area are not enough to makemuo for the cheap mattress and Dollar Store pillows. The sleeping was dreadful, as the quality of the bed itself was pretty much as bad as fleabag hotels I've stayed in when trying to go on the cheap. With the great reviews about their "awesome remodel" I assumed that they were going to provide a 3 or 4 star SLEEPING experience too. How hard would it have been to buy GOOD mattresses, pillows, nice linens, and fluffy comforters? I judge a hotel by how well I sleep, with this old broken down back of mine...and this was definitely one of the poorer ones I've had in 60 years. Also, FYI, this hotel has outside entrances to each room, not a common secured hallway. In the future, I will pay more for a true 3 star...I was disappointed.
