Enjoyed pool

Pros: Breakfast, pool, beach.
Cons: The slow elevate.
Location: Orange Beach, Al--shopping, beach, good seafood to eat.
Was to a quite 2 days, to do nothing. Did just that , enjoyed

The hotel and staff were family friendly. Good location. The only thing that was bad was the elevators are slow so we took the stairs a lot, but who couldn't use more exercise!!

Very nice, right on the beach, kid friendly pool

Great for families, nice pool for kids with sloping edge and squirting fountains. jacuzzi and right on beach. Excellent free breakfast including cold n hot food, eggs, etc. Good souvenir store right next door, restaurant across street and kid park w bumper boats, race cars and nice arcade , putt golf. Close drive to pharmacy, store, etc. Lovely beach w blue green water!! No problem entertaining the grandchild!!

Great stay, but awful service and rude employees

The room was great, the view was great. Overall a great stay, but do not expect friendliness from the front desk or to greet you when entering the hotel or wish you a good day when you leave the hotel. They were rude when calling us to see if we needed towels.

Non smoking family sleeps in an ash try

Reserved non smoking room; got stinky carcinogenic cigarette smoke filled room. No roll away available :( Very stinky and disappointed

Good place right on the beach!

My husband and I had a great stay here, for a reasonable cost. The continental breakfast was excellent! Way more food than we expected. We would recommend this hotel to friends.

Vacation 2014

Pros: The pool was amazing, easy access to the beach and the breakfast bar was great! The private balcony were nice to have.
Cons: Update the furniture. Clean behind the dressers and fix the broken tables and lamps.
Location: Lots of places to eat. Walmart was across the street, which was convenient.
This hotel was ok. It served its purpose. It's out of date and the rooms had a smell to them. The furniture was old and the table was broken and the lamps were loose and not in the best shape. We paid a good amount of money and was disappointed when we got there. Our first full day that we were there, I had to call and ask if house keeping was going to clean our room, we were gone most of the day and when we returned it still wasn't cleaned.

Nice hotel. Right on the beach.

Pros: Everything.
Location: Right on the beach. Across the road from an arcade. Lots of shopping and restaurants. About 20 minutes from an outlet mall.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. Beds comfy.
