“Totally satisfied! Our yearly destination for Christmas shopping trip!”

This was our 3rd year to stay here! Love the new renovations! Looking forward to next year! It's just across the highway from the outlet mall and convenient to everything. We never consider anywhere else!

“Mixed feelings”

Key West Inn was very convenient and our room was clean; however, the water was only lukewarm for our showers and the beds were extremely hard. Will probably try a different hotel the next time we're in the area.

“Good value”

Only negative was the condition of the carpet. However in the aftermath of the oil spill and all of the workers who had been staying there and had oil on their shoes it was partially understandable. However, it should be addressed. Also, there was an extra (inoperable) tv set that needs to be removed. Overall, it was good value for the price.

“You get what you pay for...”

The air conditioner was extremely loud. The room smelled like it was mildewed/musty. Otherwise, for the convenience to the beach and outlets it was a pretty good value.

“Just ok”

Acceptable room. Just ok for staff and accomodatios.

“If it is all that is available.”

Old and not to clean but it was not all that bad.

“Not impressed, it had a cold air conditioner.”

The staff didn't seem to know much about what was going on as far as events in the area. Our room had a smell about it and didn't even get cleaned the first night we were there, they just dropped towels off by the sink and left. Didn't make beds or vacuum and didn't clean anything. The defrost tray was full of water that I had to clean out. We didn't have a "Do Not Disturb" sign. There was no coffee made for the continental breakfast and it consisted of mini muffins, bananas, instant oatmeal and bagels. I had to ask for coffee for my room. We didn't even know that they had a forest fire that had been burning and was still burning. Good thing we wasn't allergic! The only good thing I guess, is to say that we had a cool place to sleep and a place to put our belongings. I really don't think that we will be staying here again. It was a place to stay since it was at the last minute and I am thankful for that. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will advise people to plan ahead.

“Two visits, first and last”

Housekeeping left something to be desired. I waited a good ten minutes to register before a clerk came to the office. Once in the room, it took my basset hound two minutes to find underwear left behind the trash can, leaving me to wonder just how clean the room was.

“Not the Best”

This hotel is in dire need of upgrading. The minimum is done to keep it going; the a/c sounded like a jet engine all night long, it dripped outside the door (although there was a container to catch the drippings), the towels are very thin, the carpeting is nasty, as well as the bedspreads. The area behind the mini-frig was filthy, as you could tell from the two surge protector extension cords that hung out from behind. On the positive, there was a mini-frig and microwave in the room, which is nice while traveling. The continental breakfast was decent, even though we did not partake of it, and the coffee was good. The rate was low, but not so low to warrant the quality of the room. Unless you are a construction worker or similar occupation just needing a place to crash after a long day, this is not the place to go.
