Pros: Price, amenities and friendly staff.
Location: Good location for entertainment and shopping. Fairly close to the beach.
The room was comfortable, clean and the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.

THE ROOM #211 WAS AWFUL ALL MESSY. IT WAS FOR LATE ARRIVALS.

Continental breakfast left more to be desired but everything else was great.

Affordable Quality

For a sporadic weekend getaway with my girlfriend to gulf shores, this hotel fit the bill... Literally. Very affordable, close to the beach, and some of the best service I've ever recieved at any hotel. The front desk staff is exemplary, thank you all for making our stay perfect!

Okay but not happy.

Overall the stay was ok expect for one thing. Management wouldn't control the noise that someone's children were making by running throughout the hotel, up and down the hall as well as jumping up and down in the room directly above me. The bad thing about this is that this wasn't the only time that this occurred. Undecided if I'll ever stay again.

We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced while staying with us recently. We make every effort to control any excessive noise situations when reported to our front desk. As the resident manager I am called many times during the night to go knock on a guest room door and ask people to ne respectful of other guests. I am sorry that we did not control this issue to your satisfaction during your stay.

It was a good service, room was clean, but the room really needs a microwave and a fridge. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

Thank you for your feedback. We are in the process of instaling mini fridges and microwaves in our guest rooms. this project is approximately 75% completed.. When you return to our property please ask to be assigned a room with these features. In addition to that, I would suggest that you call the hotel ahead of arrival to notify the staff of your request.

The carpet is dirty. When you first go into the room it smells like cigarette and we got a non smoking suite and it was like a regular room.

we are a 100 % non smoking property. From time to time a guest will ignore our no smoking policy.We make every effort to relocate a guest to a room that is more suitable to them when we are notified of the situation. The suites in our property are different from the standard rooms in that they have a wet bar, spacious counter space and cabinets with built in mini fridges and microwaves. Standard rooms do not have these features. Many hotels do have "suites" with separate rooms and we hear this often when people reserve a room online and do not speak with our property directly. I suggest that all people call the hotel they are going to visit after reserving a room on line and ask these important questions prior to your arrival. I am sorry that these issues caused you to be disappointed with us during your stay with us.I hope that you choose to give us a second chance to prove that your experience was not the norm for our hotel.

It was a great hotel for the price. I like this hotel I would use it again and they are not far from the beach area either.
