“available”
For the price was not that impress but it is close to the beach ..bad view of the beach from the room. Overall okay
“Best Place for Stress Release”
We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. Rooms were clean overlooking the pool and beach. Service was at its best. No waiting on an elevator and room service was great. Location was close to shopping and restaurants. Live entertainment around the pool was great. Looking forward to returning soon.
“It was worth the $$”
Hotel was worth the money with the convenience and privacy of the beach. There were plenty of chairs available to reserve. The only thing was that I booked for 4 adults and 1 child and when I got there I asked if there was a couch for the 5th person. She said no. When I asked her how I was going to sleep the 5th person she said, " the best way you can find possible". Not so professional but it was nearly midnight when we checked in so I probably wasn't smiling myself. I had to end up renting a roll away bed. No big deal but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that if I book five people that I would not have enough room to sleep the 5th person and would have to rent something extra. Cafe' Palm Breeze had FABULOUS omelets and the entire buffet was well worth the price. Dinner not so much worth the price but convenient. We did enjoy that everything could be gotten there and we did not have to leave if we didn't want to. It would be nice if the rooms were updated.
“Rooms were HOT”
Overall beautiful resort... Most staff members were helpful some not very helpful AT ALL. Need to pay attention to detail like the air conditioning of rooms... they stay HOT. vending machines never stocked. microwaves in bad location.
“OB”
Hotel staff very friendly and helpful... Breakefest buffet a little above average 4 to 5...the other meals were a 7 to 10. Room always clean... I got a free upgrade....
“Horrible customer service/ Bed Bugs!!!”
My husband and I decided to go to Orange Beach for Merorial day. We both got off work at 5 on Friday and drove all night until we arrived at the resort around midnight. Exhausted, we checked in and unpacked our suitcases. As we layed down to finally go to sleep, my husband looked up at the ceiling to see a cluster of little tiny bugs that were slowly entering our room through a crack in the wall. Then we looked in the nightstand lamps, and they were swarming inside the shades. We were completely disgusted! I immediately knew they were bed bugs, as I have researched them before. My husband called down to the front desk to tell them about the issue and request another room. The girl who answered said they "were fully booked and we would have to stay put!" She didn't even acknowledge this horrifying issue or even try to act sympathetic! My husband politely told her that we would be leaving the hotel at that moment and would like to have our money refunded. Her immediate response was "Oh wait, I believe we do have something available". All of the sudden, how ironic! I frantically threw everything in our suitcases. The bellman arrived to escort us to our new room, and was so rude by flinging and throwing everything onto the cart, then in an extremely demeaning voice demanded we show him the bugs. I showed him, and he just turned away and brought us upstairs. No "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" NOTHING! I have never experienced worse customer service in my life!Do not rent here!!
“Pretty happy. Great place if you have young kids.”
I overall enjoyed it. We have a 5month old so it was perfect bc all they had resturants there. So we didnt have to leave in search for food. I do wish they would have told us it was 25 to rent the chairs on the beach. Pool area was.great. Lived that they had a band. Food was very good and room was very clean. room view was just ok. I would recommend this place to a friend.
“Great time”
This hotel was very nice. The pool was great. There was easy access to the beach. The restaurants were also very good and reasonably priced. The rooms were not the biggest, but they were very clean and comfortable. I would go back!
“Bus. Conf.”
Convenient location for a bus. conf. Great if you want to bring the family along too!
“Not the quality or experience I expected for the price I paid.”
Upon arrival, the resort was wonderful from the curb to the check in. But that changed quickly! The pool hadn't been cleaned for days, the sheets had hair and makeup on them, WiFi was terrible and the coffee mugs had been used and NOT cleaned! I could go on but I'll get to the point. Any resort or hotel can be beautiful on the outside but the rooms are the most important part. For the price I paid, I expected superior quality. I am so disappointed!!
