“Just OK.”

We really enjoyed our trip and thought the hotel was acceptable. It was in a great location and had many on location restaurants that were good. The actual room was nothing special, just a typical small budget hotel room. The hotel was above par for the overall amenities. I was satisfied, but when we go back i will probably try a different place. We enjoyed the hotel, but was not blown away.

“Great last minute trip!”

My boyfriend and I wanted to get away for a last minute trip during the Labor Day weekend. We hated to leave. All of the staff members (with the exception of the hostess at Cafe...) were courteous and pleasant. The hotel itself was a little out-dated for the price, but because of the elaborate list of amenities, I'll settle it as a fair trade. If you'd like a great view at the beach, reserve your umbrellas early! I liked the convenience of being able to charge almost everything to the room as it lessened the hassle of carrying a purse/wallet. We only had to leave the resort once in search of dinner because we were unaware that Voyager's, the resort's on-site restaurant, would be closed on the weekend. I guess we lucked out because the very nearby Cobalt restaurant was amazing! We will definitely be back.

“Great beach getaway”

Hotel has everything needed. Indoor and outdoor pools, beach access, great resturants. No need to leave premises unless you want to.

“Good for the money”

The only complaint I had was the bed, it was much too soft. Other than that, I thought the place was great. We were there during what I would consider the off season, if the rates go up for summer, I might look at staying somewhere else, but for what we paid it was great.

“Great Beach-OK hotel”

The beach is spectacular, and the hotel has a great location. Nothing makes the hotel stand out, the room was a bit small, kind of expensive with not a lot of "wow" extra's. Very nice pool area.

“Need a Better Check-in Girl”

The hotel was nice. The girl who checked us in was not customer oriented, and insinuated that our bill was not paid yet, though we had paid in full. Finally, after some time, she said that there was a note in the corner, and she agreed we had paid. She did not ever smile or treat us as though we had value. Everything else was fine. The room was expensive, but not that special. The hotel restaurants were pricey, but not that great, except for breakfast, which was reasonable and really good. The beach was really crowded, and so were the outside restaurants.

“Food sucked”

Stay out of the inhouse Cafe. It is very over priced and the food aweful. Wishes I tried the other restaurant instead.

“Pretty happy. Great place if you have young kids.”

I overall enjoyed it. We have a 5month old so it was perfect bc all they had resturants there. So we didnt have to leave in search for food. I do wish they would have told us it was 25 to rent the chairs on the beach. Pool area was.great. Lived that they had a band. Food was very good and room was very clean. room view was just ok. I would recommend this place to a friend.

“It was worth the $$”

Hotel was worth the money with the convenience and privacy of the beach. There were plenty of chairs available to reserve. The only thing was that I booked for 4 adults and 1 child and when I got there I asked if there was a couch for the 5th person. She said no. When I asked her how I was going to sleep the 5th person she said, " the best way you can find possible". Not so professional but it was nearly midnight when we checked in so I probably wasn't smiling myself. I had to end up renting a roll away bed. No big deal but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that if I book five people that I would not have enough room to sleep the 5th person and would have to rent something extra. Cafe' Palm Breeze had FABULOUS omelets and the entire buffet was well worth the price. Dinner not so much worth the price but convenient. We did enjoy that everything could be gotten there and we did not have to leave if we didn't want to. It would be nice if the rooms were updated.
