Office hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday during the off-season, and 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Saturday during summers. Guests who plan to arrive outside of these hours must contact the property 24 hours prior to arrival to receive check-in instructions. Failure to communicate check in procedure. Only 2 elevators for 19 floors. Parking spots were too small.
