Nasty, the bed smell so bad, dog hair in the bed covers, stains in the sheets, bathroom not even clean.Not safe to stay at all!!

When I got there I was put in a smoking room sheets was dirty mold on the curtains and food in the sink,got moved to a non smoking room the smell was horrific and there was drugs in the drawer over the desk tried to get refund because we stayed on the property maybe 30 min and they don’t want to give full refund I wouldn’t let my dog stay there.I have pictures for proof it was absolutely disgusting.

Women do not stay here.
Gave away my queen room and laughed that I complained I would have to share a bed with my elderly father. Was a very unsafe hotel. We checked out at 7am and went to the Best Western on the Beach.

Nice courteous staff. The bed was comfortable. The drapes blocked out the street lights. Overall, a very nice stay. I will stay here again.

Great stay! The employees were more than helpful and very friendly. Room was clean. Pool was clean. Very quiet stay. Would recommend to a friend to stay here. After a 12 hour drive, we were able to relax in a nice clean room. We will be returning!

Did not get the room with a king size bed that I ordered there was roaches in the bathroom the lock was broken on the door and barely hanging on when I brought the issue to the clerk about it not being the room that I ordered he told me that 2 beds were better than one so I told him if I wanted 2 beds I would have ordered 2 beds then was pretty much told that I was gonna have to deal with it because I ordered 3rd party

Keeping an honest review in hopes that the right people see it and improve the conditions. First, there was no parking available. Very inconvenient because it was raining and I had been traveling all evening. This place could really use more parking. The comforters in the room were soiled and my rollaway bed had fresh blood on the mattress protector. I was brought new sheets to change it. Just wow. The air in the room was moist and the a/c leaked onto the floor. Got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and disturbed a family of roaches in the corner by the tub, thus officially making this a roach motel. I will never stay here again!

I apologize you had these issues while you were staying with us. I wish you had of alerted the front desk so we could have made the proper accommodations for you. As far as the parking, we would absolutely love a bigger parking lot but unfortunately Jim N Nicks doesn't particularly want to relocate. Again I apologize I wish I would have been aware. We do hope you will reconsider giving us another try.

The staff was incredibly kind. The first room tv wasnt working and had a strong odor, we were immediately moved to a larger room with no charge. They also accommodated us a ground level floor due to my husband having back issues which was a huge plus for us (we were originally supposed to have a top floor room). I cant stress enough how friendly and helpful everyone was. I will say that housekeeping probably should pass a mop, when coming out the pool the floor was wet and we used towels to soak up the water, they were BLACK when we were done. That was the only issue we noticed, we didnt say anything, i just wiped the floor qith the towel. All staff, front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance man were kind and helpful. This was a great stay and we will stay here again if we come back. The location was PERFECT! Shops, dining, beach...eveything you would want/need is super close.

Room floors were dirty first day of arrival. Had to get towels and wash clothes by going to office. Never was asked if we wanted the room clean or bed changed during week stay. My family felt uncomfortable when they were at the pool owners were always watching them when they were in the pool when they left pool owners went back to office . Breakfast was minimal. There was a hole in the wall on first day vent was completely out of wall, baby roaches around bathtub and Ac unit. Coffee pot was missing pot, ice maker was not big enough to accomodate all units in motel.

I do apologize you were not satisfied with your stay I wish you would have told me while you were here so I could have addressed your concerns. I can assure you that was not the owners at the pool as the owner and his wife live off property and do not visit the pool. The coffee pots in the room do not have pots they are single use to be used with the cups provided in the room.

Convenient to shopping, the hotel was ok for a weekend but nothing spectacular. Definitely in need of some TLC. Also, the pool is about half the size it looks in the photos.

I do apologize you feel we are not family oriented when in fact we are very family oriented. We had a world series tournament in town and we do not have a meeting room so therefor they have their meetings outside. We encourage our families to play and gather outside as fresh air is great for everyone. We do hope you will join in on the festivities next time you are in town.

I do apologize for the burn holes in the quilts we try our very best to catch them in the smoking rooms but every once in awhile we miss a few. We are aware that parking can be a bit of an inconvenience when we are full or a ball tournament is in town but unfortunately we are not in a position to enlarge our parking lot at this time. We do hope you will stay with us again in the future!
