“A Great Place to Stay”

Very reasonably priced. Large (almost huge room). Some street/highway noise, but traffic goes away by sleep time. Excellent breakfast.

“Great alternative to high-priced Crested Butte”

This motel is simple, yet very nice if you are looking for a place to bed down after skiing at Crested Butte. The breakfast is good, beds and pillows are soft. Great place for the price.

“Great hotel for the money and a great owner.”

This hotel is owned by a young man that is exceptionally polite, kind, and efficient. When we called from the airport, there was a van there to pick us up within a couple of minutes. I love the huge bathtubs. The rooms are very nice for the price. The breakfast is fresh, hot, nice and there are people that are there at all times to replenish the food. There is a very nice lobby with a tv and computer with printer. The bus to Crested Butte stops right outside the hotel and takes you to the slopes free. Everything you want to do is within walking distance. We go to Gunnison about three times a year and always stay at this hotel. I enjoy supporting the young man that owns and operates the facility.

The room was large, full of amenities, including a basket of treats, and the price was lower than most places. They do a lot of repeat business according to the gal at the desk. Would definitely go back again if in the area.

We will stay again when in Gunnison. Everyone was so nice and very accomadating. Breakfast was great! Rooms are a nice size and liked being able to park right in front of them. Hot tub was a plus after a day on the slopes!!!

I stayed there when it was another name. Quality bought it and refurbished the entire place. Very nice, updated and great price. Includes a decent breakfast, walk to town and the college.

“A great location to explore the Gunnison area”

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area of Gunnison, which made it convenient to walk to restaurants and other attractions. The hotel is a perfect location for taking day trips to Crested Butte or locations for skiing or other outdoor activities. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was comfortable after a day of exploring the area.

“Good for a night's sleep”

Decent hotel with on-site laundry which we needed to make use of. A bit noisy during the day with the motor-court all rooms face and lots of Harleys revving (though that did end by early evening). Room was clean with a huge bathroom with a jetted tub. The window to the room was open (as was the case with all vacant rooms), and our screen was bent, so we had a few flies in our room due to that. Overall, a nice place to crash for the night.
