Spacious rooms!

Nice hotel in Mt. Crested Butte, big rooms, difficult to control temperatures in rooms. Bedroom quite warm, living room with Murphy bed cold, despite 2 thermostats.

Pros: The room was wonderful except the noise.
Cons: Teach the staff (night) to work effectively and take care of the customers.
Location: Crested Butte is wonderful
The place was the noisiest Condo/Hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff struck me as indifferent to lazy.

Decent place for the price

Posted Sep 8, 2014
The hotel s locatd on the slopes, close to the lifts, which would make it ideal in winter. I came over Labor Day weekend. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. The one drawback was the lack of AC, which likely would not have been a big deal but for the fact that our window opened over the kitchen vent for the hotel...

Comfortable hotel in a great location!

Posted Sep 5, 2014
Pros: The location was very convenient to the bus that takes you into town. Beautiful flowers on the premises and very well maintained. The staff was great
Cons: Breakfast in the hotel restaurant
Location: Great hiking trails and the hotel is near the chair lift to the top of the mountain. Beautiful biking and hiking trails.
The hotel was beautiful and well maintained - inside and out. The rooms were very spacious, included a small kitchen which added some convenience, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and provided a wealth of information and flexibility. We brought our dog at the last minute and they moved us to a dog friendly room. We asked for guidance on favorite hikes, best bike rides, etc. and were provided with a wealth of friendly and helpful advice. We requested a late checkout so we could finish up a bike ride and they were very accommodating. The only disappointment for us was breakfast in the hotel. They ran out of food so many of us were left waiting around to get our breakfast (on a beautiful Saturday morning I might add) and then they increased the price of breakfast from the advertised price on the website (from $10.50 - $13.00). The restaurant was also very understaffed for the size of the crowd. The hot tub was beautiful, spacious and outside which was great! Overall, it was a great experience and we'd stay there again.

Beautiful well run hotel. Just a little disappointed with the view of the parking lot. Paid a lot for a one night stay, should've had something nicer to view.

Beautiful views

Posted Aug 21, 2014
Pros: Beautifl views, proximity to our events. Nice hot tub & pool.
Cons: More ventilation if there is to be no air conditioning.
Location: Cute town with great shops. Trail riding up in the mountains. Lakes & fishing close by.
Our stay was fine. Glad there were fans as the hotel has no air conditioning. Something that was not mentioned on the website or during booking.

Bad room layout, no air.

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Staff
Cons: Air!
The staff is great, but the suites have the bedrooms located next to the door, where one hears all the goings on, including coffee breaks that take place for the meeting rooms on same floor. The walls are paper thin, no sound insulation at all, so pray for neighbors that keep your same hours. The decor, if you care for such things, is a depressing palette of beige and brown. Lastly, despite the crisp air outside, the rooms are completely stuffy and hot. No aircon but also no cross ventilation either.

Efficient staff but tired rooms.

Posted Jul 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
The staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were oddly configured with the living room/kitchen area on the window side and the bedroom area immediately upon entering the room. Although there was a ceiling fan, the lack of a/c and poor air flow made sleeping very uncomfortable.
