Reservation desk assured one meal was included in tariff, we had to pay for all the meals. The location of the hotel is very inconvenient. Reservation desk did not warn us that Manesar was really far from Gurgaon and there were no means of transport. Breakfast buffet timings were not shared, we missed breakfast, no hot water in the hotel, unclean room, non smoking room given as smoking room, poor customer service and very poor customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

can you please improve the lift service and every time you have to wait for longer time and it frustrating. Ask your boys to keep the lift with pleasent smell will make the guest happy feeling. In general I am happy to stay in and will continue to stay.
