Little things needs attention

There were several things in our room which needed repair. Check-in was a disaster. They couldn't find a reservation by reference to our name. We had to return to the car and pull out our Hotel.com conf. number to show we had booked. On check out, they billed our credit card again, so we had to produce proof we had already paid. Staff was friendly. Food was very good. Overall the hotel was very nice and clean.
