“Great! But.....”

It was a very nice and clean hotel, the only problem we had was the maid puts a note on our "do not disturb" sign that she couldn't get in and if we wanted anything to contact the front desk. All 3 mornings this happened. Wondered why she couldn't come later, after everyone was up, say 10:00am?

“Good For The Money”

Hotel staff was polite and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Yes it's in the parking lot of a mall and yes at this time one wing is under construction. If you don't mind a view of Macy's or seeing plastic sheeting to your right as you get off the elevator then this hotel is good for the money.

“A Quiet Stop on the way to DC”

This was a nice place to stay on the way to our event in DC. We've always had good experiences with Country Inn and Suites. The breakfast here was very good with a large variety of hot and cold items. It is located next to a Mall so it was more quiet than the usual near-the-highway location.

“Would definitely go to this hotel again.”

We stayed at this hotel one night. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable, just a little worn - a few stains on carpet. We had a king size bed with a couch and easy chair that was very nice to watch TV in the evening. There was a pool. They had an above average continental breakfast - everything from cereal to sausage gravey and egg burritos. We look forward to staying here again when in the area.

“Happy customers”

Overall a nice place to stay. We are a family of four and only needed to spend 1 night, so we stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. There was plenty of room for the four of us. The room was nice and clean and for the most part was updated. The pool was very small and very warm. So it you like a hot tub feel, you'd enjoy it. Our kids wanted to swim and dive but couldn't as the pool was not deep enough. The staff was pleasant and prompt to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall a good experience. The room was clean, the breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

Wonderful big room, comfortable bed. Nice decor. Only issue was the train behind us...the whistle woke me up in the middle of the first night there. I would highly recommend this place. They were under construction due to a pipe bursting and leaking throught the hotel, but there wasn't any noise or disturbance from this at all. The staff went out of their way to help print boarding passes because the printer wasn't working but would recommend that they get the business center printer working for guests.

“Okay Stay”

Rooms were average. Service was average to slightly above average. Breakast was slightly below average from a health standpoint. Good location - close to lots of restaurants and shopping
