“Friendly staff, fantastic rooms”

All of the staff were extremely friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about local food and activities. The rooms were nice and clean and have a complete kitchen, including microwave, stove, oven, fridge, and utensils.... even dish soap! The continental breakfast was good, with oatmeal, cereal, fruit salad, muffins, bagles, toast etc....and all of the fixings... and if something was missing, all you had to do was ask and the fantastic staff would find it. Don't let the older style building and slightly out of the way area deter you, this is a very pleasant place to stay!

“Recommended for stay near Halifax”

After staying 2 nights at this hotel we had to leave, but when we came back to Halifax after 3 weeks tour we chose to come back to this hotel .

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Its very comfortable and staff is great. I would suggest they ask for extra creamer and sugar in the room as there is usually only 1 packet, not enough for two people. Over all a wonderful place to stay.

“Met all my needs to get around”

For the price this hotel met all my needs. Staff were excellent. Condition of room and bathroom was clean, bed was really comfortable. Great having the microwave and fridge. Continental breakfast excellent. Cannot fault this hotel. The only thing I would say is that the area around the hotel looks somewhat tired, but easy access out to all locations. I do recommend this hotel.

Lots of parking spaces close to entry. Kitchenette was useful, seldom found in most hotels. Internet W[[-Fi worked well and was useful. Continental breakfast, OK but I found muffins a bit syale.
