Great location

Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: Location and very comfortable.
Location: Easy access to Halifax's waterfront; downtown; Springhill district... not more than 10 minutes from practically anything.
Just blocks from the train station and from sightseeing in any direction. Room was comfortable; quality linens and quiet.

It was the perfect location for us.

Posted Sep 26, 2014
Pros: The staff were so courteous and took a genuine interest in our comfort and satisfaction.
Cons: Perhaps a microwave in the room but not really a problem.
Location: We could walk to the Waterfront, the Public Gardens, and the Citadel if you like a vigourous walk. Nice shops along Spring Garden Road and lots of eat
This is a great place to stay when in Halifax. It is close to everything and we were able to walk (if you aren't the kind of person who feels they need a car to get a block or two or three away) to all the interesting places we wanted to see. We were happy to have underground parking since we had a rental car we used when visiting and seeing places of interest outside the city.

Pros: Close to waterfront, clean, modern, friendly staff and affordable. Free wifi.
Cons: Parking is too expensive, and should be included.
Location: Close to the beautiful waterfront boardwalk, shops, restaurants, bars and Spring Garden Road.
This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I'm sure I will be back again!

Halifax vacation visit

Posted Sep 1, 2014
Fabulous location one short block off of waterfront. Room had great view of waterfront. Hotel is surrounded by great restaurants, and easy walking distance to waterfront activities, casino. Parking and checking in a little confusing since you have to enter underground garage to check in if you have a car.

Great Hotel Downtown Halifax

Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: The hotel rooms are large and well equiped for all your needs. Also the room and bathroom are very clean and the beds are comfortable.
Cons: Check in can be a bit slow.
Location: The Metro Center and Neptune theater are just a short walk from this hotel. So is the waterfront where there are plenty of bars and shops.
This hotel is all about location. Right downtown walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Pros: The appetizers in the afternoon were a nice touch. Clean rooms
Cons: A continental breakfast would have been nice.
Location: Close to the waterfront. We visited the Maritime Museum, Pier 21, Harbour Hopper tour, Keiths Brewery tour ,Citadel, Public Gardens.
The hotel was with in walking distance of all the attractions we visited. Pool was great for kids.
