The Hotel Is horrible. The manager and staff are incredible rude and irresponsible. The manager pretended to be receptionist to avoid taking any responsibilities. The are located in a very dangerous are with drunk people in front of the hotel. The roomes were dirty and smelled. Would never go back

Quite a nice hotel and location. There were some problems with the shower that didn't work properly (the water temperature kept changing by itself) and the breakfast was a bit boring and tame. But overall I would recommend the hotel.

Very spacious, clean and cozy room. Nice window seat. Smartly furnished room with cool design. The room is very well noise-isolated and there was no noise from the street or neighboring rooms. This is one of the best 4-start hotels we have been to. The hotel is very close to public transportation.

Very clean and modern. The breakfast is incredible. Great food, quality, and variety in an attractive setting. Most importantly, the staff servicing the breakfast does an incredible job - efficient and friendly. Amazing. Highly recommend.

It was a quirky hotel architecturally, but I found that I did enjoy it very much. And extremely well situated for what I came to Hamburg to do and see.

Classy modern joy
This feels like a high-class hotel, without the high price. I felt like a queen, the staff were amazing, 24 hours a day. The room was modern, clean, comfortable and I loved the ceiling in the elevator and the carpet in the hallways. Breakfast was very very good, but not included. We came for a gig at the Mojo Club, which was literally 10 steps outside the door!

The room was more than I expected, the price was great and it was a big room with a cool window and nice view. The bathroom was very nice and the water pressure and shower were amazing. I would most definitely stay here if I come back to Hamburg. Great hotel!
