None friendly and far from the city
The receptionists were not nice and almost ignored me. I felt like I’m disturbing them. Also, the reception was not manned and each time i had to wait a lot of time to get a service. They didn’t try to be helpful and usually said no to every request i had. The room was fine, the breakfast was good.

The worst hotel ever
The bed was so hard and small that I couldn't sleep When I was sleeping in the morning a cleaning staff came to my room and suddenly tried to open the door At first I was so surprised that I couldn't say anything to answer but then she started hitting the door with the vacuum How could a staff do something like this? This hotel was awful I prefer staying just outside for free to staying at this hotel

Ghost town hotel
depressing is only word for it. Good hotel building, good parking big restaurant and nice bar. Shame that the bar was never opened, hotel without a bar?? Restaurant was a buffet but it was ribs and a salad bar, very poor. No wifi in rooms but did have an Ethernet cable so ok. This hotel was dead when I was there, nothing was open for food on sunday evening as I think I was the only guest so was told to order out for a pizza. Its a shame decent hotel but has the charm of a business that is circling the drain

Noisy, small room, bathroom is a joke!
Good: 1) Free parking 2) Free breakfest buffet, and very good one. 3) Good access to highway Bad: 1) VERY noisy! We had room the faced backyard. There were noise till 2-3 PM. The reseptionist told us there were a party in the hotel. In the hotel? Really? Is it a hotel or a night club? But the worst thing was the train noise. It was as loud and air plain taking off! 2) No air conditioner in the room, and the weather was hot, so we had to keep the windows open and "enjoy" the noise. 3) Bathroom is a joke! The room is so small that bathroom door is just one yard (meter) from the bed. The french door of the bathroom is not very well insulated. And on top of it, the door is almost transparent! So, your partner on the bed can enjoy seeing and hearing you sitting on the toilet from just one yard (meter) distance! Very romantic! :) Conclusion: if you travel alone by car and usually go to bed as drunk as a sailor and don't care about noise, this is a good value hotel. Otherwise stay away from it!

Very small room but very organized.
Nice staff, free parking, breakfast buffet. Close to public transportation (S-Bahn and buses). Several grocery stores close by and within walking distance (Aldi, Lidl,...)

Conveniently located hotel
This is a hotel for conferences, so there are a lot of single rooms. These are adequately equipped with a desk and TV. The single bed is next to the wall, which can be uncomfortable, but the bed itself is comfortable. Double glazing in the rooms eliminates most traffic noise. Brrakfast is good and the staff are helpful. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from an S-Bahn station, which in turn is under 20 minutes from the city centre.

Small and noisy.
The rooms were very small could have been mistaken for a jail cell. The train runs next to one side of hotel and keeps you awake all night. When we went to ask about changing rooms we were told by a "desk manager" there were no other rooms available We asked about a refund and were told to email the "manager" because he could not make the decision. Checked on line and found rooms available, not happy that I was lied to. The desk manager needs a course in customer satisfaction. A plus was the free breakfast buffet and the delightful weekend restaurant manager.

Terrible experience if I be honest
I'm a business development manager and I travel a lot in Germany and Europe. This hotel was one of the worse ones I stayed in. Charged me €14 for a buffet that wasn't a buffet. It was a salad bar and one warm dish (schnitzel) that didn't smell. The burgers from the buffet were TERRIBLE! My bed smelt after sweat and TV didn't work. I won't be staying there AGAIN!

Good if you don't spend a lot of time in the room
An inexpensive hotel with convenient and easy access to the motorway, free plentiful parking, and convenient by public transportation to central Hamburg. The main compromise was the very small room (and bathroom), although can't complain about comfort or cleanliness. The train to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof (the central station) costs just over 3 euros per person each way; so take that into account.

This is where you should stay if staying in Hamburg! Fresh air and a short trip from the city. Small rooms but great breakfast. Internet by cable not WiFi. Clean. Would stay again.

Weekend in Hamburg
For the price, the hotel was very good. Most places in this price range are usually scary. Clean and comfortable. Great value. Also, it was very close to the metro which got me to Hamburg City Center in 20 minutes. Definitely recommend to the budget traveler out there.

Overall good, apart from the fact that my room was close to a main railway line which made sleeping difficult. Would recommend asking for a quiet room away from the railway line of staying here!!

We were a party of 4 couples plus 2 elderly ladies and this is a consolidated view of all. The hotel was clean, could not be faulted. Dinner, a buffet, was only just OK, but we were towards the end of the evening. Breakfast was good.The rooms Clean, 3 TV's didn't work. Although they were only needed for the BBC News which was available. The Shower room, we had to leave to dry because it is so small. The bed was OK but fastened to the wall on one side so toilet in the night meant climbing over partners or sliding off the end. The rooms were just 50% to small. 2 couples had empty shower gel dispensers which took to long to replenish, one had to be reported a second day. The 2 elderly ladies wanted twin beds, which the booking agent confirmed would be "no problem". The hotel has no twin rooms. The solution was acceptable, they were given single rooms. Overall, was clean, we had a good time in Hamburg but the hotel turned out to be disappointing.

struggling with claustrophobia :)
it's not the best hotel if you want to see hamburg (too far away from the city center). we would definitely got something different if we knew how small the room would be - it was VERY small, we decided to leave one of our suitcases in the car:) the room was clean, wifi wasn't free, parking was free. if the room was bigger, it would have been a much better place to stay.

Dejligt hotel
Hotellet ligger tæt på en togstation, så selvom det er et stykke fra Hamborg Centrum, så er det nemt at komme rundt uden bil. Hotellets personale er meget venlige, imødekommende og serviceminded. Og selvom værelserne er små, så er de pæne og rene. Alt i alt et ok hotel med en i øvrigt supergod morgenmadsbuffet.

Die Bilder versprachen Zimmer in normaler Größe. Unseres war kleiner, als eine Schiffskabine. Vom Bett zur Toilette trennen einen vielleicht 1,5m durch eine Glastür. Wer schauen möchte, ob man auf engstem Raum, ohne jegliche Privatsphäre auskommt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Die Wände sind dreckig und verschmiert, die Sauberkeit generell könnte um einiges besser sein. Die Einrichtung war teils kaputt. Das Hotel ist eher eine Herberge, was okey ist, wenn es entsprechend auch beworben wird! Das Personal ist teilweise freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei einigen hat man den Eindruck bekommen, sie wollen lieber nicht dort sein. Das Frühstück war super und sehr üppig. Alles in allem kann man hier günstig übernachten und ist binnen von 15min. via S Bahn im Zentrum. Das ist wirklich gut und diesbezüglich auch empfehlenswert als Unterkunft. Dennoch versprechen die Beschreibung und die Fotos etwas anderes. Es entsteht der Eindruck, das Hotel ist unbeliebt bei den Betreibern/ Besitzern und bekommt nur noch die nötigste Aufmerksamkeit.

Nicht zentral, aber nah am S Bahnhof lelegen mit guter Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, entsprach den Angaben des Hotels in der Hotelbeschreibung. Ist aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt und zur Übernachtung völlig ausreichend. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, das Fenster war undicht was bei Minus 7 Grad und eisigem Wind etwas unangenehm war. Das Frühstück ist aber sehr reichhaltig und lecker.

Solides Hotel am Stadtrand
Das Hotel funktioniert sehr professionell: gute Parkmöglichkeiten, freundliches Personal und - nicht zu vergessen - günstige Preise. Zimmer wirklich sehr klein, aber wenn man dort nicht seinen Jahresurlaub verbringen will, sicher ausreichend. Sehr gut ist die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage.

Das Doppelzimmer ist recht klein, so dass man sich mit zwei Leuten schon sehr quetschen muss. Dementsprechend hat man auch nicht die Möglichkeit seine Sachen ordentlich zu verstauen was das Zimmer direkt unordentlich wirken lässt. Bett war gut. Die Dusche was eine Dusch/Klo/Waschbecken Kombi - der Boden und die Dusche waren eine Ebene was dann dazu führte das alles Nass wurde. Generell wirkt das Hotel etwas älter. Das Frühstück ist jedoch sehr lecker und Reichhaltig. Leider gibt es kein Kostenloses WLAN dies ist nur auf eine Stunde begrenzt ansonsten muss man sich einen Telecom Zugang kaufen.

Limpio y correcto. Buena atención y personal amable. El bufet del desayuno era perfecto, con tanta cantidad y variedad que costaba decidirse para escoger. Buena calidad precio en una ciudad donde alojarse es caro. El hotel està a 5 minutos a pie del tren. Desde allí se puede viajar al centro de Hamburgo solo en 20 minutos y a un precio inmejorable. Existen billetes combinados de tren, metro, autobus i barco a muy buen precio. Las habitaciones si son para dormir son adecuadas, si se tiene que pasar horas dentro o se tiene mucho equipaje són bastaste pequeñas.
