“Good, but pricey”

It's clean, it's central, the breakfast is good. Free internet in the tiny lobby. A little expensive, and _don't_ expect a large room- you pay for space in Hamburg and while this hotel is very clean and well-run, it's not a luxury hotel.

“A central location for the city.”

It is very close the center of the city and also to shopping area. Nice transportation facility. Clean and humble accomodation.

“Ok but dont pay too much”

Hotel location excellent for transport connections. Area a bit seedy but hotel is at the edge of this rather than in the the middle. Hotel being renovated so public areas a bit tired but room had already been done so was fine. Could see some rooms renovated more recently than others so styles different and some a bit older. Very clean room, nice breakfast room, staff always friendly.

“One Night in Hamburg”

The hotel is centrally located, within 100 metres of the main railway station. The room was very small, but seemed recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable and everything was quite clean. Nice features include the plentiful breakfast buffet and free wireless internet. However, the internet connection was pretty slow.

“No frills clean and convenient central Hamburg hotel”

Was looking for a place near the train station that would give me a good pivot point for business and some light tourism. The rooms are very modern, a bit sparse, but very clean. Interesting architecture with the 14-foot ceilings and crown moulding. The public areas of the hotel aren't as nice, but still OK. The location is great -- a U-bahn entrance is steps away from the front door and you can walk to the platform of the Hbf in less than five minutes. Good value for the money.

“You get what you pay for.”

The hotel's location is ideal for access to the main shopping district and the central railway station. It's proximity to the latter makes the immediate vicinity slightly seedy but ultimately safe. A taxi-rank immediately outside the hotel means you don't have to wander around conspicuously at all hours of the night. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast is served upto 11am and it's very tasty indeed. The hotel's proximity to the city is a benefit but also a problem. Being situated on a major traffic artery, noise levels at the front of the building can be unbearable especially during the summer. Combine this with an absence of air-conditioning and nights of insomnia become a real possibility. The rooms are clean, comfortable and basic. My advice - if the weather is any way warm seek a room at the rear of the hotel, it's darker, quieter and slightly cooler (but only slightly).

“Good Location so so accommodations”

The good news: close to central station and free Internet. The not so good news: walls are paper thin and the bed was not comfortable.

“Basic Hotel”

Very basic hotel which was reflected in the price. we would of been very unhappy to of paid more than we did. Room was too small, breakfast too basic. Most of the staff was helpful but could of been a little more friendly. Did not like the neighbourhood. Would not stay there again.
