“A comfortable centrally placed hotel.”

I stayed in a single room on the 4th floor of this very comfortable hotel. Although the room was small, it was adequate, it had its own shower room with wc., and a tv with 30+ channels including BBC World news and CNN. The hotel is very centrally located, close to the main station, and within walking distance of the main shopping area, boating lake and town hall. The reception was very helpful and pleasant.

“Good Location”

Conveniently located with excellent access to the Haupbahnhof and U+S Bahn.Buffet breakfast was excellent. Well presented andspotlessly clean. The staff being efficient and polite. One point. In the mornings the hot water system did'bt seem to be able to cope with the demand, so the water was only warm.Did'nt see any point in complaining, but I'm sure others did.

“Central location and good value for money”

I stayed here for one night on a business trip. The hotel is directly opposite central station, but I had no problem with noise and was in a good-sized room. Staff were polite and efficient and the breakfast room was pleasant. Don't expect any extras - the bathroom had only liquid soap and the room had no hairdryer or tea and coffee making facilities - but it's a good value, basic hotel.

“Business Traveller in Hamburg”

Ideally located across from Hamburg Main Railway Station. For me as a Business traveller the Exhibition Halls were less than 5 minutes away by train and pleasant 10 minute walk through the park. Travel from Airport by train took 25 minutes. Hotel greeting in English was fine and the room was spacious. Breakfast Buffet in the morning was excellent. Room spacious but a little dated.

“Good for train travellers”

Located directly opposite the Hauptbahnhof (train station) so great for train travellers or train travellers from the airport. Small room and shower, no fridge but comfortable and outlook across the never-ending movement around the station. Noise not intrusive.

“Kronprinz Novum”

Small, undecorated single room. Comfortable enough, and location terrific. But wd expect a little more from a 3-star hotel. Breakfast very good. Hotel itself is probably more than a century old, with high ceilings and spacious corridors. Has a bit of faded period feel. My experience strictly utilitarian. Wi-fi reception borderline ok, but line heavily overloaded, so almost unusable in evening. Only time it worked properly was very early in the morning.

“Single rooms”

Stayed here for four days. Clean and comfortable. Location ideal just opposite main station. The single rooms were tiny with single beds, certainly the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel. The inclusive breakfast was more than adequate

“Basic”

Hotel room was extremely small but clean, breakfast was adequate but if you arrive too early expect to be told off by the grumpy female cook. Food basic but survivable. The location of the hotel is excellent if you are arriving by train where the provision of wireless internet at no cost was very much appreciated. Easy to walk through the station top the central shopping district.

worst experience ever , Internet doesn't work, small rooms, staff is not cooperative, don't recommend for anyone
