“I will be going back”

very good value for money ALL OF THE STAFF WERE EXELENT, nothing was too much trouble for the staff it was a genuine wish to help all guests. Since my orriginal stay I have returned again and will probably do so again in the future.

“Will definitely stay here again when in Hamburg”

An extremely friendly and clean hotel situated within walking distance of all the main attractions - the harbour, shops, parks, Reeperbahn, underground station, bus stop, etc.... Free internet access and friendly, English speaking staff. Reasonable rates too. I cannot fault this hotel - therefore I highly recommend it !!

“Fantastic for the Money”

If you want a clean, friendly and convenient place to stay in Hamburg for a good price, this place can't be beat. There was a 5 euro breakfast offered every morning, which is an unbeatable price, the rooms were very clean and comfortable (we requested a crib and got it), and the location was great - in the Portuguese quarter, near the harbor and a five minute walk to the Landungsbruecke U-Bahn stop (the U-Bahn stop in the hotel info is not correctly written, so watch out!)

“Good place to stay, preety central location and affordable”

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful and most they can converse good english. Good buffet for EURO5. Hotel is clean.

“handy to trains”

when we booked this hotel we had no idea it was so handy to the city train system. it was absolutely excellent for us for what we wanted to do in hamburg. 5 mins walk from the nearest train station. the trains in hamburg are superb too
