Pros: This hotel was very accessible from Highway 403. The rooms on the ground floor had small patios.
Checked in quickly. Manager arranged a room for my fellow conference goers to meet and talk. Thank you very much.

No Hotels in Brantford

Pros: Location is convenient to the 403 and downtown.
Cons: See my above experience comments. Maybe tear it down and rebuild?
Location: There is nothing really to do in Brantford. We were there for an event at the Sanderson Centre.
Went with the highest rated hotel in Brantford. It felt like a prison walking to my room. Flickering fluorescent lights, long corridors, brown stained carpet- yellow walls- fire doors- iron stairwells- short ceilings. Fire doors were huge and heavy and kept us up all night from guests opening and closing them. Very tired hotel- door handles were made of plastic- walls were in dire need of paint or paper. The smell of 3rd hand smoke everywhere was there- covered up by that Holiday Inn cleaning agent they used back in the day.

i was at the end of the hallway right next to the housekeeping room. very noisy even late at night. breakfast was very good and the service was good.

Nice enough hotel and the staff was great and very accommodating. I had way too many issues with my keys not working, though. Stuck locked out of my hallway waiting for help several times. With a toddler. I don't think the hallways need to be locked.

Close to stores and restaurants

Pros: clean & comfortable rooms
Cons: warmer hot tub maybe a pool time for adults, either early morning or after 9? exhaust fan in bathroom
Location: close to the 403, mall and several other stores close to a variety of restaurants
Nice hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff, have stayed there before but probably not again. We've book for the pool and hot tub, as much as for the proximity to things but the pool always seems to be FULL of little kids whose parents are busy talking amongst themselves and the hot tub was tepid. We usually have our 14 year old with us and even he was not impressed by the kids' behaviour. (not relaxing when a 5 year old is splashing you in the hot tub) Although everything else is nice we will probably stay somewhere cheaper since paying extra for the pool and not being able to enjoy it is frustrating.

Overall it was great and friendly. The only thing is that the weekend I was there, there was also a hockey tournament and was quite loud and someone was sick in one of the corridors and it took a while before it was cleaned up.

Pool area needed cleaning

Great stay ...hotel very well run and ensured quiet hours were followed. with a lot of hockey teams staying here for the weekend it was very enjoyable and close to the highway

I was satisfied and would return if needed

I was comfortable. It was clean and the service was good. It was satisfactory. The mattress needs replacing in room 203. The carpeting looked realitively new, which is important if you have allergies. The gym was ok. I have been in worse. The nautilus needs lubrication as the weights look rusted and don't move smoothly. So either maintain it or chuck it because someone who would use that machine like me, will avoid it if it doesn't work the way it should to avoid injury. So it is collecting dust.
