“Pool area enhancements”

The hotel was comfortable. The pool area was a great size for the kids (aged 3 and 6) except that it would have been ideal for them to have some floating devices available for little ones to play with or in the above average shallow waters. Unfortunately many families do not travel with these items assuming that they would be available in the pool area.

“good place to stay”

all good, though the breakfast wasn't super amazing, and I wouldn't recommend getting a room close to the meeting room on the 1st floor - there was a birthday party going on there til fairly late at night, though the staff were very careful to make sure the partiers kept it quiet.

“extremely impressed and would definatly use it again”

very impressed with thr hotel . check-in was quick and smooth, no issues with the room exactly as had been reserved. staff was helpful at all times including at 1am when we had a noise problem with a nearby guest. it was handled quickly and efficiently.

This was a typical Best Western...nothing more..nothing less! :)

“Just what I needed”

Stayed a couple of nights while on a business trip. Friendly & helpful staff. Located right by Highway QEW. Clean,comfortable,great rates for that area.

“would return”

We were pleased to see a microwave and a fridge in the room. A very comfortable, large, room with large double bed. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Only two crtiticisms: Staff had difficulty in opening the guest security box causing some incon venience ie no money! Polystyrene plates,and dishes, and plastic cups and cutlery were a disappointment, although this appears to be common-place in Canada ! ; plenty of landfill sites I suppose !! Free local phone calls, and free use of the internet and printer were much appreciated.

“Burlington Find!”

We have stayed here several times when visiting Burlington and always find it a comfortable, clean and family friendly hotel with great highway and city access. We would definitely recommend it.

“Would stay again but...”

I had stayed at this hotel previously and was quite pleased, however, on my last trip the Expedia reservation I had made for 2 adults & 2 children in a room with 2 queen beds somehow changed into a room with one king bed. After about 15 minutes or more with a cranky toddler in tow I was offered a suite with one king bed and a pull-out. Ever tried to get a good sleep on a pull-out? They finally "miraculously" found us a room with 2 queen beds and not so much as a "sorry for the confusion..." However, beside for a slight run on of the toilet our room was fine and the basketball team staying on our floor didn't actually wake us up on their return from dinner (some time after 11 p.m.). Would stay again but would feel it necessary to call before our arrival to double check our reservation which shouldn't be necessary but don't necessarily trust them to get it right.

“too close to traffic noise”

the hotel is good but for us it was too close to traffic noise and we could not get a good night sleep
