Nice New Renovations

Posted Jun 26, 2014
Really improved over 2 years ago. Room 136 was newly renovated. The Bathroom had a rectangular sink, a great tub & shower. The table lamps had outlets for our electronics & CPAC machine. Beds were a lot better with lots of pillows. Samsung TV was great with lots of channels. WIFI worked great. We were able to get up to date as if we were at home. We travel regularly to Burlington between our summer & winter homes. This looks like a great place to stay while we see family & friends

Comfort Inn Burlington

Posted May 24, 2014
This Hotel is being renovated as of May/14 so everything inside is new. New beds, pillows, bedding, etc. The rooms were large and well appointed, but the smell of new paint and rugs was prevalent. Flat screen tv, coffee maker and microwave, but no bar fridge. Good value room, better when renos are done, though. Continental breakfast was poor.

It is under renovation and guests are in it.

A construction site is not a place to call a Comfort Inn. I've stayed there twice now and ant again. The pictures in the promo were deceptive.

Excellent Hotel

Posted May 20, 2014
Pros: The peace and quiet and how nice the staff was.
Cons: Improvements are being made with the renovations. One thing I would add once these are done are benches outside for people to sit in the nice weather.
Location: Travelling by car, you are close to everything. On foot, you would have to rely on taxis.
Regardless of the construction presently going on at the Comfort Inn, my stay was very pleasant. It was very quiet and very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and the staff is always available and pleasant to the guests. I will definitely be going back and recommend this hotel to my friends.

Comfort Inn

Posted May 4, 2014
Cons: Will be nice when renos are completed
Location: Nothing - Hotel is on outskirts
Hotel under construction... No pay per view movies as advertised was very disapointing after a full day of sports. Continental breakfast should be advertised as `cold' continental breakfast.

Room incomplete

Posted Apr 29, 2014
There was construction throuout the hotel and although our room was clean there was no fridge or microwave and the Iron did not work. The staff was friendly and helpful as the could be under the circumstance but having pre-booked I feel we should have received a completed room.

Value for the Money

Posted Apr 3, 2014
This hotel is currently under major renovation - the front desk is located at a side door. That said, despite looking like you've walked into a construction site, the room was clean and was good value for the money. We didn't have any issues with noise - there was no construction work happening on the weekend we were there. The continental breakfast was adequate. The old saying you get what you pay for definitely applies here. The cost of our room was 25% cheaper than the cost of the exact same room in Hamilton, which is why we stayed there. I'm guessing the prices have been reduced as a result of the ongoing renovations. If you don't mind a little mess in the halls, the hotel is worth staying at. The front desk girl was welcoming, friendly and got us into our room quickly.
