Sorry, our communal kitchen is closed for renovation. But we do have rooms with cooking facilities. If you wanted a room with a kitchen, do let us know in advance as they are usually booked out early. We look forward to having you here again.

Although, we do note that the room that was allotted to you initially by Hotels.com was not the one you booked, but when you informed us of the same, we swapped the rooms to match your request. Thanks for your response! It would be helpful if you could let us know the room number you stayed for fixing any issues. We have never once had any incident, just because we have a separate block for transitional housing. We also have CCTV fixed around the property to ensure security.
