Staff we not very responsive or helpful dealing with some loud guests across the hall that kept slamming doors and travelling between rooms late into the night. Included breakfast was bleak.

Business Trip

Posted Apr 21, 2015
Had requested a quiet room-as I would be coming back from a trade show quite late-what a racket. People in the next room where yelling/singing at all hours-could not get any sleep. The breakfast counter was so tiny-always a huge lineup-the waffle maker was not working properly-I gave up and went out for breakfast for two mornings-which I am sure that is what they wanted. When I arrived there was no one @ the front desk-waiting 10 minutes for someone to arrive. Room was not cleaned very well-arrived to find hair in the sink-no bathmat- I could go on and on-will not be staying here again.

A Pleasant Stay

Posted Feb 8, 2015
Pros: Comfortable bed, lots of pillows, and the fridge, microwave and coffee pot in the rooms is so appreciated. I used all of these both times.
Cons: The addition of a vending machine stocked with snacks would be a nice idea.
Location: Near to the Hamilton GO Bus Station and a campus for St. Joseph's Hospital.
Both of my stays at this hotel have been a pleasant experience. My room was very clean both times, as well as warm and very quiet. The staff were quite friendly and very helpful. They offer a Continental Breakfast each morning that is fabulous. I am a very picky eater but I was never disappointed by the items that were available. If I need to spend a night or 2 in this area of Hamilton again, I will stay at this hotel.
