“Sheraton's are the best for the money”

Clean, comfortable and convenient. If you must be in Hamilton, this is the only option for a comfortable stay.

“Hotel met all wants and needs”

Our stay was great. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The mattress pillowtop and comforter were a delightful surprise. The restaurant was very good. Staff every friendly and helpful.

Quality of hotel service: All service was great. We did ask for two extra towels, but did not receive them. Cleanliness of the room: There was sticky spill on the bathroom floor which needed to be scrubbed. The floors should be scrubbed after each guest leaves. Overall satisfaction: The Sheraton Hamilton needs to treat the on-line customer reservations equally as other reservations. Our friends requested a smoking room, but upon their arrival found that their request was not considered. After some exchange of words at the front desk, the hotel finally gave them a handicap smoking room.

“Customer service and cleaniness was obviously priority”

We go away approx once a month for tournaments. We had to stay at another hotel, per tournaments instructions - we left the team there and went on expedia to reserve the rest of our stay at the Sheraton which we have stayed at before. We have yet to find a hotel that has compared. Rooms are very clean. Beds are comfortable and clean. The staff is also very helpful and polite. The rest of the team was jealous :) Everyone will be booking Sheraton next time we travel there. Other hotels in the area can't even come close !!

“Great location.”

We were satisfied with everything except the hotel service. We asked for extra hangers. After waiting over an hour, I called them back and said I couldn't wait any longer, I needed to get to sleep and would try again tomorrow. Never did. I was billed for a movie we did not select or watch. It took me awhile to get them to remove it from my bill. My bill also said I was charged for a newspaper that I didn't ask for...it was just delivered to my room. However, in the end I was not charged for it. On the upside, they had a wheelchair that my mother used at no charge. We loved the location. Lots of indoor shops and restaurants, even a movie theatre. Great when the weather is bad. Despite the frustration with hotel staff, we would stay there again.

No complaints other than gentleman at the front desk could have been friendlier during check-in. Cleaning staff returned a cell phone left behind after check-out...thanks for your honesty.

Linked to the shopping centre and to the city centre. Staff attitude was friendly and very helpful.
