Nice hotel but parking, internet not includedPosted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: Good decor; clean room; friendly staff; there's a safe in the room.
Cons: Maybe include either parking, internet or breakfast.
When you first walk into the hotel, the decor and everything is very pleasant. The room is very clean, staff pretty friendly. In the room there is a safe, which I really like. Overall we enjoyed our stay there, although the bathtub drainage is not very good. The booking does not include parking, internet or breakfast, and you'd need to pay extra for each of them. However when you go outside of the hotel it's kind of a contrast: it was late afternoon, and during our 5-min walk, 3 people asked if we had money to "help them out". We were only wearing t-shirt and jeans, not like anything fancy. With quite a few others idling or sitting by the streets, it looked almost a little creepy; Somehow, in the morning it wasn't so much anymore. But overall, if you don't mind spending a little extra on the parking etc., I'd recommend this hotel.

Well-located in Downtown Hamilton.Posted Jun 22, 2014
Pros: Excellent quality beds! Excellent central location.
Cons: Staff at desk could be more professional in attire. They were quite friendly and helpful, but manner of dress was not very neat and tidy.
Location: Again, location was great. We were busy with a family wedding, so it was convenient to have the mall attached, but there's also plenty just outside.
Excellent location with access to Nations and Jackson Square. Also, the in/out parking is really convenient for getting out onto major roads and to any part of Hamilton.

DisappointingPosted Jun 17, 2014
Cons: The cleanliness and remove stains from furniture and carpets.
Location: Carry a tazer gun if you have to go outside.
The room tool too long to check-in as the wait was over an hour. One of their staff refused to help me out eventhough I was standing in line and was the next person in line. They simply went to another person behind me and took them instead of me. I thought it was rude when they simply told me that they must help someone else instead and somewhat racist since I am not caucasion perhaps not deserving for the lack of attention for my equal wait. Outside the hotel there was often a police cruiser however, if a simple jaunt to go shopping down the street was encountered many homeless and restless youth that repeatedly asked for a bus ticket or money. For every two blocks there were at least 7 different people begging. One actually followed me for a block and even went into the same store I did before I struck a conversation with the store owner. Then, they left. Strange how downtown Hamilton is a bit depressed looking and the atmosphere changing to unpleasant. Not worth the price I paid for a premium hotel.

Nice hotel and stuffPosted May 29, 2014
The room was great...very clean. The stuff is very helpful
Bring wipesPosted May 27, 2014
The room was very small and the whole room was dusty. There was even hair in the sink and bathtub. It was very gross! As most of the suites were sold out due to conferences and weddings we would have to down grade... Won't stay there again!!

Very clean and close to shoppingPosted May 26, 2014
Room was very clean. Beds were so comfy I over slept. I think all the rooms should have a small refrigerator especially if guests book a room for over two days. Overall I would stay again. This has been my second time there.
