Was a good experience.

Posted Aug 4, 2015
Pros: The Staff and location
Location: Was close to Restaurants. I fact, within walking distance.
I found the Staff to be very cordial and accommodating. Had some trouble with the TV and the person at the Front Desk was very helpful and solved the problem. Was also quiet.

Nice inside, but needs attention outside.

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Cons: Clean up around your parking lot, plant a few low-maintenance shrubs or flower pots!
This Super 8 was very nice once you got in the front door. The outside was littered, dirty, and made the property look old and uncared for. My room was very nice, clean, quiet.

Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. I was disappointed that the towels were not changed out after the first night.

Terrible

Wholes in screen. Noisy, no fan in bathroom, entire place smelled like oil. Wouldn't stay again. Advertised free Internet which only worked for maybe a half an hour.

I wont ever go back to this hotel.

Posted Apr 1, 2015
Pros: Plenty of hot water.
Cons: Everything?
I arrived with the Lobby Door Blocked & huddled around be several cigarette Smokers... My room window was just around the corner from the several cigarette Smokers standing around the Lobby door & was always smelt. When ever I left or came back, I had to deal with the same at the front lobby door. When the heat outside went over 80 degrees, they opened all the doors & still let the smokers smoke right at the door & smoked out the hallways. I put in a wake-up call for 4:00 am & they called at 4:30 am..... The room floor was dirty, The ice bucket was cracked. The ice machine broke down. I had to ask for room service on the third day when I ran out of towels. I wont ever go back to this hotel.

This place is a disaster.

Pros: The coffee in the morning was hot and when creamer was present, was okay to start the day. the staff was pleasant.
Cons: Maintenance is desperately needed. Stop putting the spreads and blankets on the floor when making the beds and then putting them back on the beds!
Location: Location is great - stores and restaurants near by
Check in was swift, the ONE staff member was pleasant, but when we went to go in our room, the key didn't work. "Oh we need new batteries in the door lock," so they got us a key. We entered and the first we noticed was the dirty carpet - strings and paper were on the floor - the curtain rod which was broken with the curtain hanging down at an angle, the smoke alarm with the battery section pulled out (more on this in a moment) and the lamp above the bed not working. The next morning, we went to go eat the "breakfast" that was set out and there was no cream for the coffee. They served "Cremora French Vanilla" in a large jar but they were out. The lady at the desk said "USE MILK. NO one told me we were out." The pancake batter was in a large bowl covered with saran wrap and to make a waffle you scooped out the waffle mix with a scooper which people laid down on the counter. One lady finally took a paper plate and put under the scooper. BUT....all who came to make a waffle were sneezing and coughing over the mix. We wouldn't touch a thing with this unsanitary condition. Hard boiled eggs were set out in an egg carton with a hand printed sign saying, hard boiled eggs. No butter was available for the toast but there was jelly. We returned to find our room not cleaned, the beds not made and no clean towels. That was the rule for the 5 days we stayed at this hotel. We wouldn't go back. IT was NOT clean. breakfast was unappetizing and we were the only ones there!!

Helpful staff, some stuff needs work

Posted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: Easy access from the highway. Convenient location.
Cons: Electronic key cards and Cable service.
Our initial room would not open with the key card and the TV only had one channel. The staff quickly prepared another room and moved us. The motel seemed like it had been recently painted and spruced up, but it seems like some of the computerized systems need attention. Great stay and I would stay there again.

This hotel was pretty basic

Posted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: The staff was very knowledgeable.
Cons: I was a little disappointed in the breakfast-a bowl with about 6 pieces of fruit a couple other things. No toast or cereal....
Location: There was a Pizza Hut and Taco Bell within 2 blocks, but everything else was 3-4 blocks away. A Super 1 food was also within a couple blocks.
The hotel was clean and did the job it was supposed to.

This is simply a place to sleep and nothing more. It was clean but not sparkling. The complimentary breakfast was worth skipping. They were out of coffee (with caffeine) in the rooms. The young man who checked us in was very helpful and nice and moved my Mom to a first level floor and us near by. He was the bright spot of this stay.
