Good central city site. Room and facilities with queen bed, ensuite and kitchenette were tired and the cook top hob needs replacing (one heat only - high). Good parking and a big heated pool. Overall, given the condition, i expected to pay less.

I had booked for a couple of days for my daughters, while I was in hospital. Motel was very CLEAN, a little dated but lovely. Good size rooms for families. Our hostess was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. (Thank-you) Handy to everything, shops, cafes and the Studium. I will book here again. Good value for money.

Booked a one one bedroom apartment and we were given a studio. Fridge leaked. Room smelt. And curtains didnt cover the ranch slider so had to hang a blanket up.

We enjoyed our stay here, the kids loved the indoor pool and there was a great selection of TV Channel's available. Excellent location too, easy to find with supermarket etc in easy walking distance. Nice and quiet too.

Central motel close to Hamilton CBD
Tea and cofee condiments had not been replemished. Some saches were open and empty. Coffee cups did not appear to have been washed properly. No air con ,but a 3speed fan supplied.Unit dinning chairs wobbly . Bathroom shower water pressure was good, over spa bath ,but not allowed to use.(spa bath) Decor was drab, in need of update. Very noisey if unit above is occupied. Reminded me of a second rate motel in Bali,but had milk provided Cigarette tin outside room very smelly.

My room was in bad condition. The window guard broke and also when I was doing the dishes, my sink detached and fell into the cupboard cavity!! Would not recommend this motel.

You get what you pay for
Pros: Less than a 10 minute drive to the city; close drive to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The receptionist was very friendly. Free parking. Very quiet. Cheap, $91 for 3 adults for 1 night. Cons: Room hadn't been completely cleaned; kitchen had sauce, sugar and greese all over the counters; cobwebs and spiders over the ceilings. Terrible musty smell in the room. Really poor WiFi. I wouldn't stay longer than a night.

Arrived, owner was on desk as staff away; disorganised, couldn’t use the system, didn’t know the room configuration, no milk. To get to our upstairs room we had to navigate broken chairs md boxes of junk that stayed there for 3 days. Had booked family one bedroom, got into room and main bedroom had bed on floor. Stayed 4 nights - wifi was useless, operated at dial up speed. No air con. Room not serviced our entire stay. We’ve stayed here several times before but things seem to have deteriorated quite significantly. Think twice before you book.

Always enjoy my stay here when in hamilton. Close to town..nice and clean. Under new management since our last stay, they seem cool. Down side, had no milk and some of the lights didn't work.

Man was very aggressive when we approached him about the broken phone plug hunging off the wall by the wires, the broken hairrdryer, light bulbs not working and tap falling off in our hand. window was broken and tapped up with cardboard. no appoligies or offer or discounts. Just very defensive and aggressive.

Booked in SYDNEY. Spacious unit so plenty of room to spread out and unpack. Maint on the unit was poor with light globes blown, dripping tap in kitchen. Unit was clean. Bed comfortable but the new pillows we both found to be very uncomfortable... very hard. Used the cushions as pillows.

Worn out Room.
Room not maintained, run down and uncomfortable, hot plates and heating not working, mattress - wire mesh, covered by fabric. Holes in kitchen wall and internal door. no smoke alarm visible. poor lighting. Room was cold. Would not stay here again.
