As much as I hate to say but the hotel was overall bad, I had my room in the first floor, I had this dipressing moment walking in, the color the darkness, dirty. it reminded me of a hospital. the service was poor, I am tunisian and I hate to pound on my own people, but customer service has gone terribly bad. I dont know if the workers are angry or what but they need to improve on their greeting.the breakfast experience was pretty bad, I was waiting for the croissant for 15 min and the next thing the waiters brings out which was suppose to be freshly baked croissant, but it was clearly left over from the previous day, you can even see the one's that were previously from the day before.
