“Lovely Hotel”

Lovely hotel,especially the staff very friendly.I always travel and stay in 4 or 5 star hotel,but on this occasion could not afford to spend much.So I booked this hotel,that was 3 star,it was nice and simple.We had free breakfast and dinner,and you could eat as much as you like,then for lunch we had a lovely pizza next to the pool.Animation the BEST part of the holiday.

“Lovely stay!”

Really nice hotel, a quick cab ride from the old town or new. The beach was gorgeous with plenty to do. Pool was well looked after as well. Dinners were much better than breakfasts but the really polite staff were excellent throughout! A lovely place to relax!

“If you can't speak German or French, don't go here”

The hotel itself is in a great position, large pool and right on the beach, between the marina and Hammamet town being only a short taxi ride. However, we were the only english people in the entire hotel. Not normally a problem for us as we actually like to get away from the majority when we're away, but the difficulty was that there was no information in English and the staff hardly spoke a word. Any that did were actually quite rude and dismissive. So it took us a day and a half to find out what was in the area, find an english speaking tourist office and organise our week. It didn't spoil the holiday as we hardly spent any time there after this, and actually became a source of amusement, but I could see that it would frustrate anyone who simply wanted to spend their holiday in the hotel.
