“All around good value for money!”

My wife and I stayed here for a short getaway, and were overall happy with the hotel. It is an all around great value for the money we paid. The location is very good...within an easy walk of the beach, marina, medina, and main shops. The restaurant serves excellent food and the staff in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool (we were there in fair weather so too cold to swim outside) is fairly small but it is salt water so it's more of a relaxation pool that's good for the skin rather than a place to swim around in. The only negatives were that the reception staff were rather unfriendly and not always helpful. They didn't even give us a proper welcome when we arrived and treated us as if we were an inconvenience to them. The layout of the hotel is also an issue. Places are not clearly marked, and the reception didn't give clear indications of where things are when we arrived, so we had to search around to find things like the indoor pool, restaurant, and even the outdoor pool. The final negative is that we didn't feel it was a true 5 star hotel even though it's rated at that. The size and level of luxury is more like a 4 star hotel, so we were a little disappointed at that but the price is also for a 4 star hotel so we were satisfied after our stay there!

“Not impressed”

Very poor food quality and entertainment. Noisy location at night. Classified as a 5 star hotel but truly not deserving. Far superior hotels closer to Hammamet with only 4 stars.
