An amazing memorable experience
Everything was fine, customer service was really great especiall (Majdi) who was very helpful and friendly. The activity team were friendly and really good. Hotel room was great, and they provide us an amazing gift upgrade. The area around was calm and everything is close to the hotel. Thank you so much, medina solaria stuff. It was an amazing memorable experience.

The hotel was dirty the staff was ignorant and rude, the food was disgusting such a small variety to choose from the animation staff was rude never once asked of me and my husband wanted to join in any activities the pool was dirty I would maybe give the hotel 3 stars not 5

Nice gateway
This is the second time we go to this hotel and as usual, the staff were professional and the food was good. The music at night was a tad bit annoying though, but it was an excellent stay. We feel refreshed after this weekend gateway.

Wonderful
The hotel is beautiful and the trim was absolutely to die for, and the service was great the only thing was the food selection, I couldn’t eat anything the second night but to their defense I am picky.

Nice hotel, disappointing night.
The hotel is lovely. However I had a couple of problems with the room that weren't resolved. The most significant issue was that the air conditioning didn't work, meaning I had a very uncomfortable nights sleep. I raised this issue with a hotel employee and nothing was done about it. Also, in the room I lacked a few minor things, all of which were requested, but never appeared. These included things such as shower gel in the bathroom dispenser, and a room service food and drinks menu. Considering that I'll be staying in the area for the next few months and I would have wanted to stay at this hotel regularly, I think given my experience I'll find another hotel.

Unusual that a 5-star property would not provide at least one complimentary bottle of water with the room and would charge for the use of the room safe. Staff were friendly and professional. Good location for the beach and amenities.

A crappie Motel not a 5 stars hotel
Very poor quality and the place was another horrible experience like the Movenpick at Sousse. Sold and promoted as a 5 stars is a total sham and a complete ripp off because when you pay for a 5 Stars experience you should not receive a 2 star or even a crappy Motel service. This one is also off our list for good like the Movenpick

An awesome location and great service
A great location with a friendly staff and the food was very good in all restaurants. This one is certainly the one to go back to as the 5 stars claimed was correct unlike the Movenpick that claims a stars and delivered us a cockroach motel service and quality. We all enjoyed our experience here including the hotel Spa an awesome place with a beautiful design and good service.

Definitely not a 5 stars hotel
Mediocre quality at best being sold as a 5 stars when in fact the place is not even worth 3 stars. This hotel reminded of the Movenpick in Sousse where we stayed the nights before and there from a huge roach in the room to practically nothing working in the Bathroom. Here it was the same thing. Just like the Movenpick, this place will be off my list and would not recommend it to any one.

Wifi not reliable and no air for several days.
Beautiful pool, great staff and food. Wifi connections were not good from rooms we had, which caused problems with being in touch with family at home. Air conditioning not working for several days. Sea view not really what we got. Finally got moved to a true sea view room with Wifi and air and view of Sea. Very crowded at Buffet, but food was very good.

Overstated for 5 stars
Room wasn't fit with the proper bed for the third adult person. They swapped the bed after long discussion with the staff. Reported issue with bathroom (no air exchange) but no one showed up to fix after full 4 nights stay. Staff confused about client with food allergy ( bring your milk if you are lactose intolerant). Food quality above average but gets boring after the second day (mostly the same). Hotel Location doesn't provide the best beach spot(too many garbage coming out). Staff are very nice overall specially the chef who will stop by and make sure you are satisfied with your dinner.

Hotel was lovely close to all amenities and just over the road from the beach. Staff at the hotel were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Food was good but there could be more options for vegetarians. Rooms spacious and cleaned daily. Pool was lovely. Would go again and recommend.

A barely two star hotel. If you love coffee, stay away!!! their coffee is disgusting. The level of noise inside and outside the hotel is unbearable . I was unable to sleep for two nights so on the third night, I checked out around 2200 to go back to Tunis to find a calm hotel. The reception did not even offer me a different room, or a discount!!!

Be very careful at this hotel
My husband was staying here on a business trip, a member of the staff threatened to harm me and our children when we visit Tunisia. Does not feel like they want the British tourists to come back to Tunisia. Complaints have been lodged with the Tunisian embassy in London and the British embassy in Tunisia as this is a big problem. We have booked a presidential suite costing £8,000 for 42 nights at this hotel but we are now looking to move our reservation. We would recommend this hotel is removed from availability for British tourists. The director of the hotel stated they don't need the British tourists as they have the Russian tourists.

Simple hotel with stuffy staff in the middle of a ghost town. The food was good but there was not much else going on in or around the hotel to wet my appetite to go back.
